Saboor Aly and Ali Ansari recently tied the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony.
The duo was joined by their friends and family including Saboor’s elder sister Sajal, Aiman Khan, Minal Khan, Mansha Pasha and Ahsan Mohsin Ikram.
While fans of the couple congratulated Saboor and Ali on social media, many couldn’t help but comment on their displays of affection towards one another.
Saboor and Ali are facing backlash due to their wedding photos in which the couple embrace one another.
In some of the pictures, Ali Ansari can be kissing his wife on the forehead.
In another picture from the newlyweds’ Shendi function, Saboor could be seen kissing Aly.
Some netizens were less than impressed with the couple’s behaviour and took to social media to share their thoughts.
One user wrote: “We get it, you’re in love but Saboor is doing too much.”
Another added: “Every picture I see of these two always involves them practically sitting on each other.”
A third commented: “I like them but some of these pictures are a bit awkward.”

Many netizens also criticised Saboor’s “revealing” wedding reception look.
The couple hosted a grand reception dinner filled with bride and groom games and emotional speeches.
Ali Ansari also dedicated a speech to Saboor in which he said she “has made me a better person”.

Saboor wore an ankle-length turquoise dress while her husband donned a classic black tuxedo.
One user wrote: “She doesn’t look like a new bride, how embarrassing.”
Another added: “Why is she wearing a revealing nightdress?”
A third commented:
“Please someone get them a bedroom.”
Saboor and Ali’s wedding festivities previously made headlines as Saboor’s brother-in-law Ahad Raza Mir was absent from the couple’s Mayun ceremony.
While elder sister Sajal was seen front and centre of the Mayun ceremony, her husband Ahad was nowhere to be seen.
According to reports, Ahad ditched Saboor and Ali Ansari’s Mayun ceremony to attend a different wedding in Dubai.
The actor was joined by his parents Asif and Samra Raza Mir.
Ahad Raza Mir was also not seen at Saboor Aly’s Baat Pakki ceremony.
The Ehd-e-Wafa actor’s absence from such events has added to the rumours of separation from his wife Sajal Aly.
In other news, the final episode of Saboor Aly’s Parizaad is set to screen in cinemas.
Parizaad’s highly-anticipated final episode will be released in cinemas on January 22, 2022 – three days before its television release.
