Rakul Preet Singh’s brother has seemingly confirmed that his sister will be getting married.
The actress confirmed her relationship with Jackky Bhagnani in October 2021 after he wished her a happy birthday.
Her brother Aman has now said that marriage is on the cards for his sister.
He said: “Rakul has acted in a couple of projects by Jackky Bhagnani.
“Marriage is obviously on the cards, but nothing is concrete yet.
“She will announce it on her own when she decides to get married. I would know if it was happening. Marriage is the climax of any relationship.
“Jackky is one of the top producers of Indian cinema and he has lots of ambitious projects in mind, in fact, both of them are very busy people. So, they have their own goals.”
A report also claimed that the actress will be getting married in 2023.
A source told ETimes: “They will become man and wife in 2023. They both believe in the institution of marriage.”
Despite the claims, Rakul wondered why she was unaware of her own life.
Tagging her brother, she tweeted:
“Aman Preet Singh, you confirmed? You did not even inform me, bro… it’s funny how I don’t have news about my life.”
It has been reported that both families have discussed that wedding preparations should begin.
On October 10, 2022, Jackky shared an Instagram post which read:
“Happy birthday my love. I can’t even begin to tell you that how proud I am of you for being the BEST daughter sister friend and partner in this world!
“You inspire me everyday and teach me how one should keep dreaming and the universe will make sure you fulfil all of them.
“Wishing you loads of laughter happiness and many good scripts too and the rest will tell you in person.”
Rakul replied:
“Awwww!!! Thank you sooo much! You make my life so much more brighter. Thank you for being you.”
Speaking about her relationship, Rakul Preet Singh said:
“Both I and Jackky have this opinion that you should give respect to your partner.
“We are so busy in our ways that we don’t discuss work.
“When it comes to certain things I want to discuss, I do otherwise we give each other that respect of being in a relationship. And then security stems in.”
She added that she prefers to be clear about things as she does not like people intruding in her personal life.
