"Homecoming really has been a feeling we all felt in the last year."
Indian boyband OutStation have released their emotional new single, ‘Homecoming’, alongside an intimate music video.
The track offers the first glimpse of their highly anticipated debut EP of the same name, arriving on July 31, 2026.
Formed by acclaimed songwriter and producer Savan Kotecha, the five-piece group has become one of India’s fastest-rising pop acts.
‘Homecoming’ explores the emotions of moving away from family to pursue ambitious dreams.
Inspired by the band’s own move to Mumbai, the song reflects the uncertainty and hope experienced by young people starting new chapters in life.
It is dedicated to young professionals and anyone who has left home to chase new opportunities.
Speaking about the release, OutStation said:
“‘Homecoming’ really has been a feeling we all felt in the last year.
“It’s so true with everything we’ve gone through, and we feel that our fans are going through too.
“We wanted to celebrate it in the best possible way, and this 10-city road tour on the Homecoming Bus has been a dream we’ve always wanted to do since we came together.
“We hope to see so many of our fans in the next month and sing it with them!”
Rather than focusing on polished pop visuals, the music video tells a deeply personal story.
It follows band member Bhuvan Shetty as he returns from the pressures of city life to the comfort of his family home.
The video explores themes including isolation and the challenges of building a career in a new city.

To keep the story authentic, filming took place entirely in Bhuvan’s hometown of Udupi in Karnataka.
Scenes were shot inside his real family home and feature members of his own family, including his mother.
The release follows overwhelming demand for the group’s upcoming Homecoming Bus tour.
More than 50,000 fans registered for the 10-city tour, highlighting the band’s rapidly growing popularity.
The tour will visit Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Jaipur, Delhi, Bhopal, Indore, Pune and Mumbai.
Fans have embraced OutStation in unusual ways.
Supporters have organised poster campaigns across multiple cities, promoted the group’s music through social media and attended spontaneous meet-and-greet events.
The band has also performed to audiences exceeding 200,000 people and recently attracted over 10,000 fans at a major event in Guwahati.
Signed to Savan Kotecha’s Visva Records, OutStation have already enjoyed success with previous singles ‘Tum Se’ and ‘Aaj Kal’.
With ‘Homecoming’, the group continues to establish itself as one of the leading new forces in Indian pop music ahead of the release of their debut EP.
The ‘Homecoming’ single and accompanying music video are available now on major streaming platforms, while the full EP arrives worldwide on July 31, 2026.
