At an event in Mumbai, Munawar Faruqui rubbed shoulders with various stars and among them was Ed Sheeran.
Hosted by Kapil Sharma, the event took place in Mumbai to celebrate Ed Sheeran’s presence in the city.
The renowned singer has been exploring the city ahead of his concert on March 16, 2024.
The likes of Rakul Preet Singh, Jackky Bhagnani and Archana Pooran Singh were in attendance.
For the event, Munawar sported a black kurta.
Taking to Instagram, Munawar shared a picture with Kapil, who looked dapper in a white blazer and black shirt combo.
Posing with Ed, the pair smiled for the camera.
For the occasion, Ed kept things casual in a white T-shirt with black trousers.
In the caption, Munawar wrote: “Comedy, music and us.

Ahead of his Mumbai concert, Ed Sheeran spent time with Armaan Malik and the pair danced to ‘Butta Bomma’.
The singer also savoured homemade delights courtesy of Ayushmann Khurrana, who surprised him with his mother’s pinni.
Ed even hinted at the Indian artist he would like to work with.
He revealed: “It would be King. He has been making waves lately, and he is a very good artist.”
Ed dropped by Shah Rukh Khan‘s Mannat Bungalow and spent time with the star’s family.
In a video clip shared on Instagram, Ed did Shah Rukh’s signature pose of lifting both arms into the air with him.
While in India, Ed was asked which Bollywood star he would be interested in collaborating with.
The singer replied: “Ummm… I never thought about it really. But I guess, Shah Rukh Khan because he is the biggest star.”
Ed also stated that he would love to work in a Bollywood film:
“A 100% yes, sign me up. I’d love to be involved with them musically as well.
“I really like the energy, and I know I keep saying the word energy, but there is a very vibrant, positive energy around Bollywood.”
For Munawar Faruqui, he recently starred in a music video titled ‘Halki Halki Si’ alongside Hina Khan.
