However, Zoom TV shared pictures of a heavily pregnant Katrina on the balcony of her home.
Along with the photos, a caption read: “Exclusive: Katrina Kaif steps out in her balcony while she nears her delivery date.”
While Katrina has not reacted to the incident, fans expressed outrage on social media.
Many condemned the violation of her privacy and demanded police action against those responsible.
Under the comments section of the post, one wrote:
“Where’s the privacy??? It’s her home, why click her at her balcony?”
Another said: “There is a word breach of privacy. We shouldn’t disturb them.”
A third comment read: “This is a crime! Police should take action on this person who was taking pic and invading someone’s privacy.”
The backlash intensified as several users called on the outlet to delete the photos, labelling the act “unethical” and “disgusting”.
Sonakshi Sinha also voiced her anger at the media outlet, calling its actions “shameful”.
She said: “What is wrong with you????? Photographing a woman in her own home without consent and publishing it on a public platform???? You’re nothing less than criminals. Shameful.”
Following the backlash, Zoom TV deleted the controversial photos from its Instagram handle.
Neither Katrina nor Vicky has responded publicly to the leak, but the incident has renewed calls for stronger privacy protections for public figures, especially for women navigating motherhood under constant public scrutiny.
