Shakira Khan could be the next Islander to walk out of Love Island as fans grow increasingly concerned about her emotional well-being.
Viewers said the 22-year-old looked “drained” after breaking down on screen over her ongoing situation with Harry Cooksley.
While Harry has now gone exclusive with Helena, his repeated flip-flopping between both girls appears to have left a lasting impact on Shakira.
During a heart-to-heart with Toni, Shakira confessed she still had unresolved feelings for Harry, even though she didn’t want to go back there.
That realisation led her to end things with current partner Conor Phillips.
“I can’t give him what he needs,” she told Toni, before repeating the same to Conor during an emotional conversation.
Shakira admitted she was finding it hard to fully move on from Harry, a situation made even harder by having to sleep next to him and Helena each night.
She said she was struggling to be “present” in the villa, confessing that she didn’t want to be with anyone.
As her emotional breakdown played out on screen, fans rushed to social media, expressing concern that she would quit the show.
One viewer posted: “I feel like Shakira might walk soon.”

Others said it was painful to watch her continue in the villa.

She recently shut down her short-lived romance with Conor, saying she couldn’t commit while still processing what happened with Harry.
Their relationship had already hit turbulence last week, when Shakira broke down in tears following a row with Conor. Tensions escalated after Harrison claimed during the Couple Of Sorts game that Shakira had deeper feelings for Harry.
Just as Shakira and Conor’s situation was unravelling, Megan Forte Clarke made a shock return to the villa. Conor went on a date with Megan and admitted his romance with Shakira had cooled.
Megan wasn’t the only returnee; Blu also re-entered the villa, making for a dramatic episode.
