"we immediately moved in together."

Krishna Shroff opened up about her boyfriend Abdul Azim Badakhshi whilst on reality show The 50, revealing that they are in a live-in relationship.

She detailed her love story during a conversation with Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary.

Krishna first met Afghan MMA fighter Abdul in Mumbai while supporting her brother, Tiger Shroff, at a fight event.

She recalled: “Then I went to my Instagram DMs and found his profile, and he had texted me ‘hi’. So I replied.

“But he immediately asked me for my number. I was like, no one has ever approached me with so much confidence before and I like confidence.

“We don’t even speak the same first language. He speaks Persian and I speak English. His Hindi is like mine, a bit broken.”

Krishna revealed they spoke over video calls for eight months before meeting in person.

She said they later met in Goa and spent two weeks together.

Krishna added: “When we were saying goodbye after two weeks, we knew maybe we wouldn’t meet again. So at the airport, we both started crying.

“He went to Delhi to his friend, and I went to Mumbai. He then said he couldn’t go back, so I went to Delhi to meet him.

“During the three weeks I was in Delhi, our relationship grew.

“Then I asked him directly, ‘Do you want to come to Mumbai? You can stay with me’. And we immediately moved in together.”

On her definition of love, Krishna Shroff added:

“People always asked me what love was to me. For me, this is love, when you put the other person before yourself.

“His happiness matters more to me; if he is okay, I am okay.”

“We never thought about a relationship, but we just connected on a frequency above anything.

“It has been a crazy, mad journey together; a lot happened that I cannot talk about on camera right now.”

In a previous conversation with Natalia Janoszek on the show, Krishna shared:

“He is from Afghanistan and is a professional MMA fighter.”

Revealing her ideal type of man, she added:
