“I don’t think anyone from TOWIE is my competition - we all have our individual styles.”
To add to her growing list of accomplishments, Jasmin Walia announces she is launching her very own fashion line.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star reveals her new collection in collaboration with online fashion retailer, Miss Foxy.
Jasmin says: “My whole image is glam. And that is reflected in the fashion line.”
The line includes a variety of options, ranging from casual winter pieces to glam womenswear.
Aimed at the age group of 11 to 30, the whole collection is under a friendly price of £35.
The Desi Rascals babe comments: “The main thing for me is that it is very affordable.”
Since her fashion icons include Kylie and Kendall Jenner, Jasmin’s fashion line could have similarities to that of Kardashians, the infamous reality TV family.
When it comes to styling, Jasmin is as confident as ever and says she doesn’t believe her former cast members in TOWIE are her competition, saying:
“I don’t think anyone from TOWIE is my competition. I feel like we all have our individual styles.”
Jasmin goes on to reveal her favourite items in the collection is ‘a backless cowl neck dress’.
She adds: “There’s also a lovely wintery jumper dress. You can dress that up or dress that down.”
“In addition there’s a gorgeous plunge neck jumpsuit which is great for a date night. Jumpsuits are so classy and sexy.”
Her beautiful collection is designed to appeal to a wide audience, mainly catered for a younger age range, but also to please girls of different shapes and sizes.
Jasmin says:
“I’m so grateful that people look up to me for fashion ideas, so I wanted to create a line that would appeal to all types of girls with all shapes and sizes in mind.”
Working out is a new found hobby of the reality TV star, who confesses her fans are turning to her for tips to stay healthy and fit.
But she would never say no to a delicious pizza when she takes time off from the gym.
She says: “Because I train 3 or 4 times a week, I can pretty much eat what I want. On a day off I love to eat a Domino’s and dress down in my tracksuit bottoms.
“But I do love glamming up!”
The 25-year-old has also hinted a venture into fashion is not where it ends. She has big plans to pursue a career in music and is currently working in the studio.
Jasmin reveals she has her eye on Mason Noise, a current contestant on The X Factor UK: “I do think he has the potential to win, but it’s not just about his singing voice anymore.
“It’s about having that star quality. I think he has that.”
Jasmin has spoken exclusively to DESIblitz about her music dreams and ambition to break into Bollywood.
Miss Walia is certainly ambitious in her career choices. We can definitely count on that to seeing her a lot more in 2016!
