“Such thoughts never came into my mind before.”

The kidnapping incident has left Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar to contemplate leaving Pakistan.

In a candid reflection, he revealed that the experience has led him to consider something he never imagined – leaving Pakistan for good.

This shift in perspective marks a departure from his previous sentiments about his homeland.

Khalil said: “I have begun to question the soil I have loved with all my heart; should I even keep staying here?

“Such thoughts never came into my mind before.”

Khalil also expressed disappointment over the lack of support from his peers in the entertainment industry.

He noted that those he once considered friends have remained silent during this challenging time.

He revealed: “I have no friends. It was a lie that they were my friends.

“I did not even admit this before that they are. But now they have proved that they aren’t.”

Despite everything that is happening, Khalil is grateful that the vitriol he experienced five years ago did not resurface. This was after a public altercation on television.

However, he remains disheartened by the negative reactions from the public, which have added to his struggles.

Reflecting on his feelings about Pakistan, Khalil admitted that if given the chance, he might choose not to be born here.

He stated: “I would prefer being born in a place where people don’t disrespect me like this.”

Despite Khalil’s comments, netizens do not appear convinced.

A user said: “Frankly speaking, in my view, after the recent honey trap incident Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar has lost his credibility.”

One wrote: “I don’t trust this story. When you were shirtless you were smoking it was all done by you not forcefully. You are making this all up.

“You used that girl and she took revenge. End of story.”

Recently, Resham called out Khalil for his negative comments about prominent stars like Saba Qamar and Nauman Ijaz.

During Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast, she expressed her frustration and said:

“Why are you talking against big celebrities? You have become so miserable because of your obnoxious thoughts.

“You go to brothels at night, excuse my language.

“And all thanks to your viral video we came to know about it; otherwise, we didn’t know that you did this.

“You sell your hatred by talking bad about others. Every day you open up a shop of negative comments about people.”
