Bangladeshi actors Irfan Sajjad and Farin Khan have announced the release date of their upcoming project Azan.
A special premiere of the highly anticipated drama was held on March 28, 2025, at Star Cineplex’s SKS Tower branch in Mohakhali.
The event was attended by the cast, crew, and key figures from Club Eleven Entertainment, the production company behind the project.
Renowned personalities from the entertainment industry, including actors and directors, also graced the occasion.
The drama, directed by Pulak Aneel, features Irfan Sajjad and Farin Khan in the lead roles.
This marks Pulak Aneel’s second directorial venture after his successful debut in the industry.
The premiere highlighted the collaborative efforts behind Azan.
The song for the drama, performed by Asir Arman, has already caught the attention of fans, raising anticipation for the series.
Azan revolves around a newlywed couple who have an arranged marriage. The drama explores their journey of love and the evolving bond of their family over time.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting the trailer’s release, which will drop on March 29, 2025.
The drama is set to premiere on the second day of Eid-ul-Fitr, exclusively on Club 11 Entertainment’s YouTube channel.
This exciting news was confirmed by the lead actors themselves through an Instagram video.
Both Irfan and Farin have been sharing teaser clips of the drama, generating even more excitement among fans.

From the teasers, fans have speculated that Azan will cover themes of love, complicated pregnancy, and loss.
This has made it one of the most anticipated family dramas this Eid.
But the excitement doesn’t end with Azan. Irfan Sajjad and Farin Khan fans are in for another treat this Eid.
The actors will also be starring in Firefighter: A Silent Hero, a special Eid drama directed by Zubair Ibne Bakr.
This drama tells the story of a firefighter, played by Irfan, who faces numerous challenges in his personal life.
He is set to get married.
But due to the urgent needs of his country, he is called to a job the day before his wedding.
The drama follows his emotional journey through this sacrifice.
Director Zubair Ibne Bakr shared that the story had been in the works for years.
He revealed:
“We wanted to tell the real story of a firefighter, something that hasn’t been done before in dramas.
“His sacrifice and dedication are often overlooked.”
Irfan, reflecting on his role, mentioned: “I lost weight for this role, and I really immersed myself in learning about the life of a firefighter.
“This could be considered one of my signature works in the future.”
Firefighter: A Silent Hero will also air on Channel 11 during Eid, providing fans with another compelling performance by Irfan Sajjad.
