House of iKons 5th Anniversary Special will ignite the ramp during London Fashion Week September 2019. We bring you the details for this fantastic event.

The House of iKons is back once again for its second event of 2019 in association with the World Fashion Council. This time around the two-day event will celebrate their 5th Anniversary Special during London Fashion Week.

Founded by Savita Kaye, established as a Lady K production, House of iKons presents stunning fashion and vast diversity.

Hilton London Metropole Hotel will proudly present the women’s and men’s fashion range on September 14, 2019.

Whilst the Millennium Gloucester London Hotel will host the children’s wear on September 15, 2019.

House of iKons has drawn in an array of exceptional crowds ever since 2014. For 2019, Savita highlights one of the aims, saying:

“Everyone has the right and we will continue to push boundaries and stereotypes.”

House of iKons, February 2019 saw three designers being selected for Shadowland (2019). As a result of this endeavour, designers were able to showcase their designs on another platform.

DESIblitz who continues to support the show as a crucial media partner, highlights the event, designers, music performances and segments that will transpire the two-day event.

iKonic 5th Anniversary Special

The fall 2019 5th anniversary special event will continue to support men’s, women’s and children’s fashion internationally.

CEO Savita Kaye explains:

“We will continue each season highlighting beauty and creativity not just in design and music but for all regardless of ethnicity, size, shape and sexual orientation.

“Everyone has the right to feel and look good, feel confident about who they are in the here and now.”

Not only will the event support new fashion talent, but will also enhance the exposure of new music artists.

Little iKonic models have previously received praise and exposure, leading to television and film roles. They will be back on the catwalk for the September event.

Designers on the show have dressed major celebrities like JLo, Katy Perry, Lady Ga Ga, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Tyra Banks, Michelle Obama, Beyoncé and so on.

They have also worked with department stores and boutiques.

Additionally, three top Indian designers coming to the show have earlier worked with celebrities such as Gauri Khan, Shahrukh Khan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Furthermore, this rendition will showcase the most expensive dress in the world, designed by Josh, the youngest designer from across the globe. The major sponsors include:

Saturday Segment One: High Fashion

The first day on Saturday, September 14, 2019, will comprise of three segments. Designers will use this platform to present their aesthetic style.

Leading Chinese brand Jiang Chipao will start proceedings. Inner beauty and self-confidence are at the heart of their creations.

Second is Ashleigh Renee Holmes, her brand A.R Fashion represents handcrafted and custom-fit attire. She also specialises in accessories.

Next, EndoWalks will control the runaway with their lovely collection.

Following suit is Caroline Bruce. Her luxury brand provides an alternative to mainstream fashion with a touch of femininity and sophistication.

Moreover, the official House of iKons Facebook account states:

“A passion to have complete creative freedom and develop unique, ethical luxury designer pieces … allowing women the freedom to express their individuality.”

Deniz Terli comes fifth as her fascination lies in the expression of femininity and seduction. This is portrayed through her passion for footwear.

Furthermore, Taj B Couture will grace the ramp once again.

Their sleek, fashion-forward style left an impression.

The House of iKons Facebook account put out a post about the comeback of Taj B Couture, which reads:

“After the great success and accolades this designer receives from our London February 2019 show, Taj B Couture will be back once again.”

Indian Rubina Kapoor continues the line-up. She designs stunning shawls with lacework and fur trim. The fusion of her heritage with modernity is evident in her designs.

In the eighth position is Spicy Pink. The designer Kristine Kosta has work roots in Paris and Portugal.

Archana Kochhar in ninth will exhibit her fabulous designs. At tenth position is Donovan Depass, a Jamaican born designer. His bold, edgy and contemporary outlook will entice the fashion world.

Philip Tampas Atelier takes the place in the grand finale of the first show.

Saturday Segment Two: Couture

Continuing to the second segment, the brand Ana De Sa will yet again stamp their mark on fashion with the grand opening.

Up next will be Carmicheal of Byfield. His designs consist of bold colours and print, inspired by his Jamaican heritage.

Swati Mishra, a New Dehli fashion designer will follow suit, offering a wide range of western infused attires for modern women. Form and fit are key aspects of her designs.

Coming in at fourth position is Sahar Haji who will be showcasing her beautiful designs in the event.

Shortly afterwards will come Diva Bigg, reflecting everything about body positivity. Her inspiration comes from embracing oneself, irrespective of size.

Ugochi Iwuaba & Annette’s Couture Millinery will grace the ramp in the sixth position with a striking collaboration. This fusion of creative design will ignite the event.

Furthermore, Natacha Van is a Cambodian designer that will come seventh. Her designs include a merge between classic evening gowns fused with a modern chic vision.

In-line at number eight will be NHN, which is a beautiful couture brand.

The aim of this brand is to bring back decency in fashion. You can be covered up and still feel sexy.

The brand Finale Wedding Studio from Thailand, who design stunning couture gowns are the penultimate act.

Michael Lombard, also famous as The King of Leather, will take the place as the grande finale. His designs are created with a cutting edge.

Solo Segment: £50 Million Diamond Dress

Josh made fashion history as the youngest designer at the tender age of 12 during London Fashion Week. His extraordinary journey is set to continue.

After an amazing line-up, we will witness Josh’s couture dress, under the name Designed by Josh.

Also, this couture dress will be donned by the gorgeous model and actress, Kiera Chaplin.

Josh’s spectacular finale diamond dress worth £50 million pounds will be auctioned and the money gained will be donated to charities: Gosh and Make a Wish Foundation.  

The inspirational journey of Josh will motivate youngsters to follow their passion.

The next day on Sunday, September 15, 2019, will see designers exhibiting an extraordinary fashion range for children.

Be Unique Be You will start segment one with the grand opening.

Their clothing range consists of pieces for photoshoots, modelling, fancy dress, special occasions and to simply stand out.

Second is Athea Couture from in Milan, Italy. Their exceptional range includes unique creations and elegant detailing.

Up next is Me Clothing, which symbolises versatility and personality, bringing out the true self.

Following in fourth will be another Milan based designer, Korn Taylor. His stunning sophisticated gowns for children enhance their incredible beauty.

The childrens collection of Skye’s Closet at number five entails trendy high-end wear from tops to jackets.

Closing the first segment will be couture designer, Adrianna Ostrowska. Her collection comprises of magnificent gowns fit for any formal occasions.

This is accompanied by sophisticated accessories from headdresses to hairpins.

Kick-starting the second segment will be Mode by Mitch Desunia. This Philippine brand presents fashion-forward designs with classic poise and elegance.

Triple D continues proceedings with their flawless collection for young girls.

Models Wardrobe is another amazing brand in the third position. Their floral attention to detailing enhances their vibrant gowns.

Ethincroyals is set to take the fourth position and grace the event with their bespoke collection.

Following suit will be Young Socialites. Their innovative designs express the need for creativity through their vibrant colours, cuts and prints.

Lastly, Happy Clothing will walk the ramp for the grand finale. Their collection will certainly light up the catwalk.
