“This is the apex of the luxury narrative"

The world’s tallest residential building is coming to Dubai and being constructed by UAE real estate developer Binghatti, in collaboration with the premium watches and jewellery brand, Jacob & Co.

Binghatti, whose investment portfolio exceeds Dh7 billion (£1.6 billion), said that it would launch a skyscraper to usher in a new era of ultra-luxury living.

In a statement about the development for the residential development, the CEO of Binghatti, Muhammad Binghatti commented:

“We took inspiration from the complex horological movements that beat in Jacob & Co timepieces and we integrated them into the key elements of the tower.

“The diamond-shaped spires sitting at the peak of the tower are reminiscent of an actual crown, an ornament of unique finesse.”

“This is the apex of the luxury narrative in this evocative construction, a signature feature that adds further grandeur to the city’s skyline.”

As of 2022, the tallest residential building in Dubai stands with the 414-meter Princess Tower.

Binghatti announced a 100+ story residential development that would include two and three-bedroom homes, located in the Business Bay neighbourhood.

Additionally, an exclusive member’s club and opulent penthouses will be found in the tower with the formal name Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences.

During the event, which will take place on November 16, 2022, in Dubai, all potential buyers will have the chance to register their place.

Prequalification must be completed by all parties involved in order to determine their eligibility for this incredibly rare, invitation-only treasure of a home.

Five of Dubai’s most opulent and exclusive penthouses are housed on the top of Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, creating a symbolic union of words and facts.

They provide endless views of the city’s skyline, including Downtown and the Dubai Water Canal, as if they were floating on top of the world.

Ata Shobeiry, chief executive of Zoom Property, said collaborations like these benefit Dubai’s property market:

“This particular development, however, will target HNWIs and foreign investors as it is slated to have ultra-prime properties, the demand for which is already on the higher side.

“With more options available for investors and end-users, they will show increased interest, which will ultimately benefit the market.”

With the buzz of a new extravagent residential building in Dubai, an official deadline for the end of development is yet to be confirmed.
