Yet, occasionally even the best happens to make a fashion blunder unknowingly.
Malaika suffered an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction at the launch event of designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock’s flagship store.
The store was designed by Gauri Khan and the launch took place in Mumbai on November 19, 2019.
An array of celebrities attended the launch event to celebrate the joyous occasion. However, it was Malaika Arora who stole the show for the wrong reason.
The paparazzi herded the venue to take shots of the celebrities in their glamorous and elegant ensembles.
When Malaika Arora made her way to pose for the shutterbugs she failed to realise she had a nip slip and continued to pose.
Eventually, a member of her team pointed out the blunder and upon realisation, Malaika adjusted her top as she walked away.
Despite handling her error with grace, the damage had already been done.
As a result of the video making its way to social media, the unfortunate incident turned into merciless trolling against Malaika.
On Instagram, many users blamed Malaika Arora for her wardrobe blunder. One user mum shamed Malaika for showing too much skin in public, saying:
“Why put on such a frank neckline? Everyone saw the chest? But she has a son, who will also then look at the photos that media will definitely post on the network. Yes, for her age she looks very good.
“But it is not necessary to wear defiant, vulgar outfits to emphasise the figure.”
Another Instagram user stated his shock at the incident by saying: “Who all notice what I did??? OMG (oh my god).”
For the launch event, Malaika Arora donned a stunning co-ord ensemble, which entailed red and blue chequered print throughout.
The attire consisted of a cropped top with a plunging v-shaped neckline complete with embellishments. It was paired with wide-leg matching trousers and a blazer.
To complete the look, the Bollywood diva opted for smoky eye makeup with a pink lip. She let her silky hair hang loose and held a red heart-shaped clutch bag.
There is no denying that Malaika Arora looked exceptional in her outfit despite her nip slip.
