Taking place in Madhya Pradesh in India, a vile and disgusting act featuring Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Pravesh Shukla, urinating on a young person has surfaced as a video on social media.
Shukla is seen smoking and at the same time openly seen urinating in the video on a young boy from the tribal regions of the area. He urinates on the youth’s head, face and hair without any kind of remorse.
The incident took place in the Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh in the late evening on July 4, 2023.
As expected, the video capturing the heinous act quickly went viral on various social media platforms, sparking widespread outrage among netizens.
Pravesh Shukla is a known member of the BJP and serves as a representative for Kedar Nath Shukla, the BJP MLA from Sidhi.
Abbas Hafeez, the spokesperson for the Congress party, took to Twitter to share the video along with a condemning caption.
He stated, “It is extremely condemnable to witness a BJP leader, who deceitfully claims to champion the rights of tribals, engaging in such degrading behavior towards a poor tribal individual.”
In his tweet, Hafeez tagged Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and questioned the alleged tribal love of the ruling party.
Chouhan expressed his bewilderment at the absence of any arrest made in this case, labelling it as an example of lawlessness.
Additionally, there are photographs circulating online showing the accused urinating on the young man, alongside other photos of him with prominent BJP leaders.
Naresh Balyan, an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Delhi, also shared the video on Twitter, further amplifying the public’s outrage.
In his tweet directed at CM Chouhan, Balyan remarked:
“This wicked act is not merely an assault on the dignity of a poor man, but a reflection of the overall dysfunctional system.”
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan swiftly issued arrest order after a video began to trend of social media.
Posting on Twitter, CM Chouhan wrote:
“A viral video of Sidhi district has come to my notice… I have instructed the administration to arrest the culprit and take strict action and also impose NSA.”

However, Pravesh Shukla is said to have pressured and forced the victim to write on a stamp paper that the video was fake.
