Best Dressed Women

1. Deepika Padukone

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016It is no understatement that Deepika has seized the fashion spotlight throughout the IIFA 2016 weekend.

Deeps hits the IIFA Award green carpet with an ethereal bridal look that fuses Eastern and Western elements.

Earlier at IIFA Rocks, the Bajirao Mastani actress stuns in a risque and traffic-stopping black mermaid gown.

She can do sexy and fierce. She can do Bohemian chic. The leggy lass can even pull off a high fashion avatar. Best dressed celeb at IIFA easily belongs to her.

2. Athiya Shetty

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016You can always count on the fashion IT girl to turn up the quotient. Upon arriving Madrid, she has been soaking up the sunshine in a youthful Plakinger beach dress.

Her first outfit for the IIFA 2016 weekend is a Rayane Bacha lavender jumpsuit, accentuating her soft features and wavy hair.

This look has garnered over 21,000 likes on Instagram. To continue her winning streak, the 23-year-old opts for a Rami Kadi statement gown.

Posing in front of a cathedral, Athiya looks the ultimate princess!

3. Sayani Gupta

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016The critically-acclaimed actress has wowed us on the big screen in Margarita with a Straw and Shahrukh Khan’s Fan.

Don’t underestimate her fashion prowess. Sayani is anything but ordinary with her wardrobe choices.

She turns many heads at IIFA Rocks with an edgy Amit Aggarwal couture gown with handwoven ruffles.

Sayani then follows up with another white number – a Gaurav Gupta asymmetric pearl embroidered gown from his Fall/Winter ‘16 collection.

We love her risk-taking attitude and cannot wait to see more from this talented rising star!

4. Aditi Rao Hydari

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016Aditi is always a delightful eye candy at various events in B-town. IIFA, of course, is no exception.

She transforms into the perfect Desi Cinderella in a silver blue Saiid Kobeisy dress, complete with elegant curls.

She melts our hearts again at IIFA Award’s green carpet in another stunning avatar. The sweetheart neckline and her statement earrings make for one head-turning look!

5. Neha Dhupia

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016The former beauty queen is all about the colour white at IIFA 2016. She starts off with a modern and funky casual suit by Hemant Sagar, taking a stroll on the streets of Madrid with her sunshades.

At IIFA Rocks, Neha dons a white Marks & Spencer jumpsuit, paired with a yellow Payal Khandwala jacket.

The model-actress opts for a pure white high-waisted dress at IIFA Award, making her effortlessly stand out from the crowd.

Worst Dressed Women

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016Dia Mirza, whilst looking as graceful as ever, has disappointed us at the IIFA Rocks green carpet this year. The Pallavi Singhee dress with a nude colour palette does not flatter. Neither does her lipstick shade.

She returns to the IIFA Award in a sparkly pale green dress that unfortunately does nothing to showcase her petite figure.

Best Dressed Men

1. Ranveer Singh

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016Ranveer has almost never gone wrong with this bold and daring dress style.

Sometimes, the king of quirkiness is capable of stealing the limelight even in the most conventional outfit.

The reason is simple. Ranveer has so much charisma that all he needs is a pair of glittering sunshades styled for a king, and we’re totally drawn to him!

The Befikre actor also shares a brief moment with beau Deepika at the IIFA award green carpet, getting all the shutterbugs clicking.

2. Shahid Kapoor

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016As the host of IIFA Award 2016, Shahid makes sure his entrance is not one to forget, arriving in a donkey with co-host Farhan Akhtar.

The Udta Punjab star rocks the green carpet look in a light brown three-piece suit and his superstar sunglasses.

Earlier at IIFA Rocks, Shahid goes for a navy blue suit and a matching skinny tie. Handsome doesn’t even begin to describe the father-to-be!

3. Fawad Khan

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016Any best dressed list would not be complete without the Pakistani heartthrob.

Fawad is the host of IIFA Rocks 2016. We love him in a black and blue checkered suit with a black bowtie.

This is precisely the look that he serenades Deepika in, too. No wonder Deeps cannot stop smiling all night!

He returns to the Award night to charm us some more in a smart three-piece suit.

4. Neil Nitin Mukesh & Nitin Mukesh

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016This father-and-son duo hit the green carpet at IIFA Award in two vastly different but equally dashing looks.

Father Nitin goes for a more Eastern style, while Neil looks sharp and dapper in an emerald green suit with brown skinny tie and shoes.

5. Manish Paul

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016Ranveer may have found new competition in the fashion arena in the form of Manish Paul.

The all-round entertainer – actor, stand-up comedian, TV host – makes for a refreshing appearance on the IIFA Award’s green carpet.

Manish brings fun and style to Madrid in a brown vintage suit, complete with a bowtie in the shape of sunglasses.

Worst Dressed Men

Best Dressed at the IIFA Awards 2016The newly-hitched Karan Singh Grover is rather uninspiring this year, going for an all-black suit. We are also not wildly impressed with Darshan Kumaar’s messy hairstyle, although the gold glitter poses a nice contrast with his black suit.

Here’s to another year of spectacular fashion at IIFA Awards!

Scarlett is an avid writer and pianist. Originally from Hong Kong, egg tart is her cure for homesickness. She loves music and film, enjoys travelling and watching sports. Her motto is “Take a leap, chase your dream, eat more cream.”
