"What's her obsession with India?"

Ayeza Khan has once again found herself at the centre of controversy for allegedly copying Indian designer wear for her brother’s wedding festivities.

The celebrated actor, known for her graceful screen presence, is now facing backlash.

During one of the ceremonies, she appeared in a hot pink chunri outfit featuring a short shirt with alladin shalwar.

This particular design drew immediate attention, as fashion enthusiasts recognised it as strikingly similar to Pink City by Sarika’s collection.

The Indian brand itself said the design did not originally belong to Ayeza’s team but was copied from their collection.

Interestingly, this is not the first time Ayeza Khan has been accused of lifting ideas from Indian designers.

Back in 2021, she wore a hot pink chunri Anarkali suit, also traced back to the same Indian brand.

Pink City by Sarika even reshared a post calling her out, amplifying claims that originality was once again missing.

For her brother’s Mehendi, Ayeza also donned a green ensemble resembling an Eshal Koul creation, drawing additional criticism.

Online commentators expressed frustration, with some saying her repeated inspiration from India reflects an obsession rather than creativity.

One user wrote that her outfit looked like a cheaper imitation of the original, questioning her stylist’s professional credibility.

Another stated that most of her wardrobe choices appear borrowed from Indian aesthetics, diminishing her authenticity as a style icon.

Many netizens argued that the actor’s styling team should be fired if all they’re doing is copying.

A user wrote: “Having a whole styling team and yet no originality.”

One commented: “I don’t know what’s her obsession with India?”

Another remarked:

“There are so many good Pakistani fashion brands. Why still copy?”

Moreover, it didn’t help Ayeza’s case that she had been accused of copying Indian designer wear back in 2021 as well.

Despite the criticism, Ayeza Khan’s family wedding pictures captured warmth, joy, and celebration, reminding fans of her familial side.

The Mehendi night was particularly vibrant, filled with dancing, music, and the rich colours that define traditional Pakistani festivities.

Her green look complemented her glowing makeup and jewellery, earning admiration from those who praised her effortless grace and beauty.

The actor remains admired for balancing work and personal life with elegance.

Yet the recurring accusations of copying continue to overshadow her fashion statements, sparking questions about accountability in celebrity styling choices.

Fans remain divided, with some supporting Ayeza Khan’s choice while others continue to question her latest fashion statements.
