“Give me my phone back.”

An accident involving Pakistani actress Angeline Malik thrust her into a troubling situation that has captured the public’s attention.

Following a previous accident in Karachi’s Karsaz that resulted in two deaths, emotions have been running high among citizens.

The public has been protesting to demand justice and accountability.

In an unfortunate turn of events, Angeline found herself at the centre of public frustration when she was involved in a separate car accident in Karachi.

It was reported that she lost control of her vehicle after a tyre burst, leading to a collision with a nearby rickshaw.

Fortunately, no casualties or injuries were reported.

The aftermath of the accident took a chaotic turn as a video from the scene circulated widely.

It depicted a frenzied crowd surrounding Angeline’s car and snatched her phone.

The agitated mob demanded compensation for damages while a visibly distressed Angeline pleaded for her phone to be returned.

The actress said: “Give me my phone back.”

In her pleas, she clarified that her only intention was to seek help and not to flee the scene.

It is important to note that after the Karsaz accident, Angeline Malik posted on Instagram:

“I know for a fact if I do a hit and run and take innocent lives, all I need to do is to make a few phone calls and walk away scot-free.

“I am disgusted that I belong to a society where I can do that and get away with it.”

“I am disgusted that I belong to a society which gives clarifications that taking lives could be a mistake.

“If we had a poor soul behind the wheel and a dead elitist on the road would we have been this silent? NO!!!!

“Take out a second and look at this beautiful soul taken away by the sweet girl behind the wheel… this is no justification.

“I am disgusted that I belong to a system that has created monsters like us…”
