Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has taken a trip down memory lane as he recalls his time fighting a real tiger in Khoon Pasina.

Legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has opened up about his experience of fighting a real tiger in his 1977 film, Khoon Pasina.

The actor has enjoyed an acting career for over 50 years in Bollywood. There is no doubt Amitabh Bachchan has a treasure chest of memories and experiences.

On Sunday, November 1, 2020, Amitabh Bachchan took to Instagram to share a picture from the shoot of Khoon Pasina.

In the picture, Amitabh is seen gazing afar with a black jacket with fur lining held over his shoulder.

The renowned actor reminisced that his experience of fighting a tiger is something he shall never forget. He wrote:

“Never realise that when Costume Dept gave me this jacket for my film KHOON PASINA, that I would have to fight a real tiger .. !!

“You have no idea how strong a tiger is .. an ordeal I shall never forget.”

Many people including his industry colleagues took to the comment section to share their admiration for Amitabh Bachchan.

Filmmaker Farah Khan Kundar wrote: “The Tiger had to fight you.. must be thinking the same.”

Actor Rahul Dev said: “As children when Mukul & I saw it .. remember gaping at the ones at circuses those days.”

Senior journalist and film writer, Bhawana Somaaya commented: “Dangerous.”

One fan of the actor wrote:

“Love you Amit Ji .. you are the real tiger.”

Another user commented on the actor’s good looks saying: “Ur looking very handsome sir.”

This is not the first time Amitabh Bachchan has shared a throwback picture from his film, Khoon Pasina.

In 2018, Amitabh Bachchan shared a picture of himself grappling a tiger on the sets of the film. He captioned it:

“Fighting a live tiger for my film KHOON PASINA .. during shoot got news that Abhishek to be born .. crew said if boy name him Tiger.”

Amitabh Bachchan regularly shares pictures with his fans on social media.

The actor posted a collage of a still from his 1976 film Kabhi Kabhie and his most recent Gulabo Sitabo (2020). He wrote:

“Srinagar, Kashmir .. ‘KABHI KABHIE’ .. writing the verse for the song ‘kabhi kabhi mere dil mein khayaal aata hai ..’ AND .. Lucknow, month of May 44 years later Gulabo Sitabo .. and song playing ‘ban ke madaari ka bandar ..Kya thhe aur kya banaa diya.”

Previously, Amitabh Bachchan shared a picture from the Filmfare Awards function in which he won the Best Actor Award for his role in Don (1978). He said:

“42 years of DON .. with Nutan ji Best Actor filmfare for Don .. produced by Nariman Irani .. passed away through a freak accident .. I dedicated the Award to his wife .. called her on stage.”

Recalling another two of his films, Khuda Gawah (1992) and Piku (2015), Amitabh Bachchan wrote:

“28 years of KHUDA GAWAH .. 5 years of Piku .. today 8th May .. and in remembrance of the two that have left us.”

Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan is currently shooting for Kaun Banega Crorepati 12.
