Abhishek Bachchan gave a befitting response to a Twitter troll who called him a “good for nothing” actor.
The trailer for the Bollywood star’s upcoming film, The Big Bull, was released and it prompted many responses.
One netizen commented and spouted hate towards Abhishek.
The user called him “good for nothing” and that the “only reason” he was jealous of him was because he has a “beautiful wife”.
The netizen wrote: “You are good for nothing buddy…..the only thing which I am jealous of you is that u’ve got a very beautiful wife….and from that too that you don’t even deserve her.”
Abhishek replied to the hater in his own way, first thanking him before saying:
“Ok. Thank you for your opinion.
“Just curious.. who are you referring to because you’ve tagged a whole load of people?
“I know Ileana & Niki aren’t married that leaves the rest of us (Ajay, Kookie, Sohum) soooo… P.S- will get back to you about @DisneyplusHSVIP‘s marital status.”

Following Abhishek’s response, fans sent messages of praise over the way he handles such comments.
One social media follower called himself a “proud fan” and wrote:
“Only you can give such replies.”
Another fan said: “You are always the best with your bang on replies.”
Abhishek Bachchan has been on the receiving end of trolling but each time, he replies in his own unique way.
In 2020, he responded to a troll who suggested that Abhishek only gets work due to his lineage.
The netizen asked: “Don’t you think you get work only because you’re Amitabh Bachchan’s son?”
Abhishek replied:
“I wish what you’re saying was true. Imagine how much work I’d get.”
Another person, also named Abhishek, said that the actor was given his first film, Refugee, because he was a “nepokid“.
The actor told him: “Oh my, why have all the Abhisheks of the world started attacking me.
“Have mercy, I’m just trying to do my job.”
On the work front, Abhishek’s new film, The Big Bull, is a crime drama that is based on the life of stockbroker Harshad Mehta, who was involved in financial crimes over a period of 10 years.
Abhishek plays Hemant Shah, who is based on Harshad.
The film also stars Nikita Dutta, Ileana D’Cruz, Sohum Shah, Ram Kapoor and Saurabh Shukla.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the film was not able to be released in cinemas.
Instead, it will stream worldwide on April 8, 2021, on Disney+Hotstar.
