Ananya Panday recently dropped pictures of herself in a beauteous printed bustier and palazzo set she wore for Ayushmann Khurrana and Tahira Kashyap’s grand Diwali bash.

The glamorous outfit, from Gopi Vaid Designs, is perfect for Diwali celebrations.

Ananya Panday wore peach-coloured bustier and palazzo pants adorned in floral motif embroidery done in various shades of coral and pink hues.

While the bustier features broad straps, a plunging neckline, cut-outs on the back, mirror embellishments, cropped midriff-baring hem and sequin embellishment, the palazzo pants come with a high-rise waist, flared silhouette and sequin work.

Ananya completed the printed Tussar Silk ensemble with a sheer dupatta adorned with embellished gota patti embroidery.

Men might put on contemporary-styled kurtas and dhotis, while women often wear silk, chiffon or velvet saris along with cigarette pants or lehengas with matching cholis or bodices.

Dancers may put on matching outfits for performances. Children, siblings and other relatives may also wear coordinated outfits in the same fabrics.

While the clothing is new, when putting on jewellery to complete the outfit, it can be an heirloom or new pieces, ranging from costume to gold to priceless jewels.
