Now in its second year, the BBC Asian Network promises to be even bigger and better than before.
You can look forward to some of the best Asian acts from the UK as well as world-class musicians from South Asia. Together they will perform some of their biggest hits on stage as well as new material.
BBC Asian Network Live 2017 will feature an array of incredible artists, including:
- Jazzy B – also known as the ‘Crown Prince of Bhangra’ with 11 hit albums and a global fanbase.
- Badshah – the popular Indian rapper who has conquered the Bollywood music scene with smash hits like, ‘Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai’ and ‘The Breakup Song’.
- Naughty Boy feat. Kyla – the mainstream music producer returns with another special collaboration with Kyla, ‘Should’ve Been Me’.
- Steel Banglez Live with Mist, MoStack, Abra Cadabra, Haile (WSTRN) – the best of Asian urban music right now, producer and songwriter Steel Banglez teams up with rising rappers and singers for a massive collaboration, ‘Money’.
- Zack Knight – this young British Asian heartthrob lit up the stage in 2016 with his biggest hits. We welcome him back for some more chart-topping tunes
- Anirudh – Chennai-based singer Anirudh Ravichander is the man behind the viral song, ‘Why This Kolaveri Di’ and will perform new material with Badshah on the night.
- Jasmine Sandlas – from California, this Punjabi singer-songwriter will make her London debut performance at Asian Network Live
- Aastha Gill – ‘Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai’ and ‘DJ Waley Babu’ are just two of the massive tracks that Aastha has lent her vocals too. She will perform live on stage with Badshah.
- Fateh – this Canadian rapper has enjoyed some huge collaborations in the UK and in Bollywood, having worked with the likes of Dr Zeus, Jazzy B, Jaz Dhami, Miss Pooja, Mickey Singh and Jus Reign.
- Arjun Kanungo – Mumbai-based singer will make his UK stage debut at Asian Network Like with some big hits including ‘Baaki Baatein Peene Baad’.
