She revealed that her departure from the acting world was primarily driven by her desire to focus on her entrepreneurial endeavours.
Komal owns and operates a successful clothing brand, which she has been diligently working to expand.
Initially, she intended to take a brief break from acting to devote more time to her business.
However, as her brand continued to flourish, what was meant to be a short hiatus extended indefinitely.
Komal explained: “It has been 5 years since I have started my business. In the first two years, I worked on my business while I was acting.
“Then it began to grow so much and it needed my attention and time.
“It was working so well and there was a lot of potential in it. There is freedom in it, you are your own boss.”
During the conversation, Komal also touched upon her selective approach towards choosing co-actors.
Although she refrained from naming specific individuals, she expressed her reluctance to work with certain actors in the future.

She disclosed that she finds it challenging to collaborate with individuals who lack punctuality, engage in gossip, or create unnecessary drama.

She prefers to avoid working with those who disrupt this balance.
