"this is how Sufi will speak to you."
Uorfi Javed responded to influencer Sufi Motiwala after the latter seemingly posted a controversial comment about her.
Uorfi shared a post of herself in a black dress that featured 3D butterfly art.
She captioned the post: “It’s magic…”
Social media personality Orhan ‘Orry’ Awatramani showered praise on her, commenting:
“Ngl she ate…”
After Uorfi wrote “Orry approved”, she shared a screenshot of his comment:
“F***ing love her.”
However, Sufi seemingly felt Orry was hyping her too much and messaged Uorfi:
“If you don’t have Ambani in your surname, this is how Sufi will speak to you.”
In a now-deleted Instagram Story, Uorfi said:
“So he (Sufi) was probably sending this reply to one of his friends, accidentally sent to me only!
“Unfortunately for him, I was online at that time and I immediately took a screenshot.
“His ID was not hacked, how did he get it back in two minutes.”
Sufi apparently had no intention of insulting Uorfi Javed and in a now-deleted Instagram Story, he wrote:
“I have texted her I had no such intentions and I would not text someone like that.”
Messages to her read: “Uorfi… please pick up my call… I genuinely have not sent this… PLEASE… I HAVE NO INTENTIONS TOWARDS YOU.
“Please Uorfi, I don’t use such language. I just logged back into my account… Please, I will be ruined, I have never wished you bad, Uorfi.”

A Reddit user shared details of the exchange, writing:
“Apparently Orry left a comment on Uorfi’s latest Instagram post, and Uorfi reposted the same on her stories (Just like how two friends on Instagram would hype up each other).
“This wannabe Sufi guy sent roadside) reply to Uorfi’s same Instagram Stories.
“This guy goes on licking the shoes of rich nepo babies and the Ambanis in his posts.”
“Also seen partying with Orry on various occasions.
“But when others praise/hype each other, seems like he can’t stand it. Good that Uorfi stood up against this bully. Kudos to her.”
Other Reddit users slammed Sufi for his remark, calling them “disgusting” and “crass”.
Another accused him of being desperate, commenting:
“Honestly, this is so cringe.
“First, he made the mistake of being rude and vulgar to someone who is outspoken. He got exposed.
“And now he’s begging to reverse it? If he hadn’t texted that, he would have been careless. It’s evident that he’s being defensive because it was him.”
