"Gold never cared for your opinion."
Uorfi Javed and Nikita Luther made a bold, unforgettable statement in gold as they lit up the finale of The Traitors India.
The duo stunned viewers in dazzling golden outfits, cementing themselves as style icons as well as joint winners of the Prime Video show.
Both women stepped into the final episode wearing coordinated looks that radiated glamour and power.
Uorfi turned heads in a figure-hugging golden gown paired with bold red lips, while professional poker player Nikita wore a striking corset-style gold top with a flowing skirt.
The two shared their looks on Instagram with a caption that said it all:
“Gold never cared for your opinion.”
The outfits were more than just fashion statements; they reflected the confidence, defiance and determination that defined both contestants throughout the competition.
The finale, full of strategy and suspense, saw the pair outmanoeuvre their rivals and walk away with a shared prize of Rs. 70 lakh (£59,000).
The final showdown was as fierce as their fashion.
Uorfi and Nikita made calculated moves, voting out both innocent player Sudhanshu Pandey and traitors Harsh Gujral and Purav Jha.
A pivotal moment came when Uorfi overheard Purav and Harsh discussing their next steps in the billiard room, a clue that led to their elimination in the final circle of shaq.
The episode opened with Apoorva Mukhija being eliminated, followed by the shocking ‘murder’ of Jasmin Bhasin by Harsh and Purav.
That left five finalists: Uorfi, Nikita, Sudhanshu, Purav and Harsh.
But trust between Uorfi and Nikita turned out to be the winning formula.
Their united front in the final votes not only exposed the remaining traitors but also sealed their victory.
Reflecting on her win, Uorfi took to Instagram and wrote:
“From losing Bigg Boss (being the first one to be eliminated) to winning The Traitors.”
“The journey wasn’t easy. How many times I’ve cried, I’ve had so many breakdowns, wanted to give up, wanted to leave everything and run away.
“Being called names, getting death, rape threats, the online hate, the offline hate but I never stopped. Maybe the universe knew I needed this.”
Nikita, who was dramatically eliminated on day one before making a triumphant return, was visibly elated after the result was announced.
Their fashion choices at the finale added a final flourish to what had already been a high-stakes psychological game.
Viewers and fans alike praised the duo for their strategic brilliance, but it was their golden outfits, bold, unapologetic and unforgettable, that sealed their place in reality TV fashion history.
From outcasts to co-winners, from players to icons, Uorfi and Nikita proved they could play the game and wear the crown with style.
