“I thought you were all about Helena last night"
The Love Island villa turned tense once again as Shakira and Helena found themselves locked in a second bitter feud, this time over new Casa Amor arrival, Ty.
Having only just moved on from their love triangle with Harry, the pair reignited their rivalry after Helena chose to share a bed with Ty, despite Shakira’s growing interest in him.
Tensions boiled over as both girls spent the day vying for his attention.
Viewers saw Ty and Shakira grow closer, with the Burnley beauty keen to explore their spark.
Ty later confessed: “I’ll be real, I’m very interested in you.”
A clearly delighted Shakira replied: “I thought you were all about Helena last night, I’ve had enough of that triangle… I feel like we might have a case of musical beds tonight.”
But just as the pair started to connect, Helena boldly interrupted their conversation and beckoned Ty “for a chat”.
Speaking to Toni shortly after, Shakira fired a sarcastic dig at her villa rival:
“I thought she had an undeniable connection with Harry, I thought he was the love of her life.”
Refusing to back down, Shakira then took matters into her own hands.
She stormed into The Snug, where Ty and Helena were mid-conversation, and whisked him away.

Later that evening, Shakira and Ty shared a passionate kiss by the fire pit, with the smooch witnessed by several shocked islanders. It seemed to put Shakira in pole position, at least for now.
Helena appeared to accept defeat after seeing the steamy moment unfold, but fans were quick to question Ty’s true intentions.
One viewer wrote on X: “I don’t know if I trust Ty.”
Another posted:
“Idk if this guy likes Shakira or not.”
A third added: “Help I don’t trust Ty.”
Their concerns weren’t unfounded.
Just the night before, Ty had shared a bed with Helena, leaving her gushing about the “intensity” of their cuddles. Speaking to Emily and Meg, Helena said they held hands all night and shared real intimacy.
Even Helena, not usually known for her self-awareness, admitted she might be stepping on toes.
She reflected on the situation, saying: “I get from her side it’s like you’ve already got Harry and how you’re being greedy.”
The latest twist marks the second time Shakira and Helena have been entangled in a messy love triangle, and with emotions running high in the villa, viewers are bracing themselves for even more drama.
