"they are in the process of finalising everything"
Alizeh Agnihotri, the niece of Salman Khan, is heavily rumoured to make her Bollywood debut soon.
Rumours had circulated a few months ago after the 21-year-old featured in her first advert.
After polishing her acting skills for two years, it is speculated that she will enter Bollywood, featuring in a new romantic film.
A source claimed that Alizeh’s parents, “along with Salman, feel that she is now ready to take the plunge into acting”.
Her family is getting ready for her Bollywood debut and it is touted to be a grand event.
It is believed that she will start working on the project in December 2021.
The film is reportedly backed by Salman Khan Films and is finalising the director as well as the rest of the cast.
Salman is also closely watching his niece’s progress.
The source said: “Salman is very fond of Alizeh and always up to date on her training process.
“Right now they are in the process of finalising everything from the director to the rest of the cast.”
Not much has been said about the film as the source continued:
“Everything is under wraps as Salman wants to make the announcement himself.”
But of the film, the source said:
“The film will be of the romantic genre.
“Alizeh is stunningly beautiful, talented and has her own persona and it will be exciting to see her work her magic on screen.”
It is expected that the film will be released sometime in 2023.
It had previously been reported that Alizeh Agnihotri would make her Bollywood debut in Avnish Barjatya’s directorial debut.
Avnish is the son of filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya.
His film will reportedly feature Sunny Deol’s son Rajvir in the lead role. However, no official announcement has been made about the casting.
In preparation for her Bollywood debut, Alizeh underwent dance training with the late choreographer Saroj Khan.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is shooting for Tiger 3, which also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi.
He is also coming off the release of Antim: The Final Truth.
The film has received an overwhelmingly positive response from audiences. It has also seen some setting off fireworks inside cinemas.
This prompted Salman to request his fans not to.
He had said: “Request all my fans not to take firecrackers inside the auditorium as it could prove to be a huge fire hazard thereby endangering your lives and also others.
“My request to theatre owners not to allow firecrackers to be taken inside the cinema and security should stop them from doing so at the entry point.
“Enjoy the film by all means but please please avoid this is my request to all my fans… thank you.”
