Sajid Khan has been accused of bullying Abdu Rozik after he pranked the latter.

Abdu wanted to surprise Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia on her birthday by going shirtless and having ‘happy birthday’ painted on his chest.

He also asked for ‘I love Nims’ on his back.

But unbeknown to Abdu, Sajid told Sumbul Touqeer Khan to paint ‘I love tatti (s***)’ instead.

Abdu surprised Nimrit but when he turned around, everyone laughed.

Social media users did not find it funny, labelling it bullying as Abdu does not understand Hindi. It also led to the hashtag #StopBullyingAbduRozik to trend on Twitter.

One said: “No, they are making Abdu a fool. If this was cute, Sajid should have done that on his body, he would have looked more cute.

Another said: “It is shameful to see such a thing on national television… Just because Abdu don’t understand Hindi… No one can do such a thing… (what if it was Indian on International television, will it be still funny for us.”

A third wrote: “This is not cool to ridicule somebody because he doesn’t understand your language.

“Mocking is a serious crime and should be reprimanded. We should condemn such behaviour and downgrade our peers. Not cool.”

Another comment read: “It’s not cool at all, Sajid Khan is the bully, he never misses a chance to bully Abdu Rozik.

“We absolutely condemned this kind of behaviour of Sajid and Colors TV, you shouldn’t have promoted this type of content, utter rubbish!”

Abdu’s team condemned the act and said:

“The IFCM team feel saddened and shocked that their client Abdu Rozik is being subjected to such inappropriate discriminatory behaviour in the Bigg Boss house.

“It is morally unfitting to employ manipulative tactics and play with an innocent person’s emotions for one’s own malicious benefit, especially someone who doesn’t fully comprehend the rationale behind a certain activity and take undue advantage of their simplicity and kindness.

“We are deeply disheartened with the recent incident showcased on national television.”

“It’s a breach of Abdu’s trust and integrity to write words on his back without explaining to him the exact full meaning of it.

“We condemn such non-inclusive and non-compassionate behaviour and we are grateful that we enjoy the unparalleled support of the audiences and the fans.

“Abdu is in a foreign country and we expected a humane reception from the contestants.”

Salman Khan took note of the incident and will reprimand Sajid in the upcoming ‘Shukravaar Ka Vaar’ episode.

He told the filmmaker that laughing at the expense of someone else is not in good taste.
