Priyanka Chopra is all praise for the second season of Bridgerton.
In her Instagram Story, the actress penned a note about how she had to face anomaly when she entered the film industry, but now things have changed.
The Citadel actress shared a still from the show and appreciated the makers.
Priyanka Chopra, in her Instagram Story, wrote that she loves the Sharma sisters and is happy that Bridgerton has Desi representation.
She wrote that she simply loves the show and the Sharma sisters.
Her note read: “I have to say.. it’s so wonderful to see desi representation on mainstream TV.
“It was such an anomaly when I started. Love the show and the Sharma sisters.”
In the second season, we were introduced to the Sharma sisters which include Charithra Chandran as Edwina Sharma and Simone Ashley as Kate Sharma.
Bridgerton Season 2 starts with Anthony pursuing Kate’s younger sister Edwina.
While Kate tries to stop this match, the two become unlikely companions. Naturally, much drama ensues.

Season 2 of Bridgerton premiered on Netflix on March 25, 2022.
Earlier, the actress celebrated the South Asian talent in the Hollywood industry while hosting the Pre-Oscar event.
The 39-year-old addressed the audience: “When I came here 10 years ago and started looking for work in America, I remember I was at a Golden Globes party and Aziz Ansari and I met at an after-party and it was just him and I and we wanted to count how many brown people were in the room and it was just us.”
“And you know it was great, we congratulated each other, encouraged each other and we went out and met everyone else.”
She went on to express how proud she is of her community, adding: “But today I am not someone else.
“Today I stand among peers, amongst colleagues, amongst south Asian excellence.”
The new mum concluded her speech: “And I have goosebumps, I am emotional, it makes me very proud.”
Priyanka was last seen as Sati in The Matrix Resurrections.
She will next make her debut as a Hollywood lead in Text for You.
She also has several other projects in the pipeline, including the Amazon Prime Video series Citadel, the assassin film Ending Things, her Bollywood comeback Jee Le Zaraa, and the Maa Anand Sheela biopic Sheela.
