"It’s a season of warmth, joy and community."
Diwali is just around the corner, and Priyanka Chopra has already set the festive tone in dazzling style.
The global star attended the Diwali Ball hosted by Johnnie Walker, turning heads in a breathtaking red gown that redefined festive glamour.
The 43-year-old actor and producer arrived at The Dorchester in London for an evening celebrating Indian culture and Johnnie Walker Blue Label’s collaboration with fashion designer Rahul Mishra.
As the brand’s Global Ambassador, Priyanka played a starring role at the event, which brought together entrepreneurs, designers, models, and cultural leaders for a night of fashion, conversation, and fine whisky.
Priyanka’s bright red one-shoulder gown made a bold statement, standing out amid the sea of traditional gold and silver festive outfits.
The showstopping ensemble featured a corset-style bodice intricately detailed with sequins and beadwork, perfectly accentuating her sculpted silhouette.
Draped layers cascaded into a sheer, embellished train, giving her look a dramatic and red-carpet-worthy flair.
She completed her glamorous outfit with statement diamond drop earrings, a striking bracelet, and matching red high heels.
Her beauty look was equally flawless, with shimmery eyeshadow, defined brows, winged eyeliner, and a pop of red lipstick that tied the ensemble together.
With her sleek bun and radiant glow, Priyanka embodied modern elegance with festive flair.
Later in the evening, Priyanka switched into a second showstopping look, a strapless black lace gown.
The figure-hugging number featured a corseted bodice, satin bow detailing at the bust and hip, and an asymmetric skirt.
She paired the outfit with sheer black stilettos and a delicate diamond choker, showing her ability to effortlessly transition from vibrant glamour to understated sophistication.
Guests at the event enjoyed a lavish dinner, Johnnie Walker cocktails, and an intimate panel discussion featuring Priyanka and Rahul Mishra, moderated by cultural writer and broadcaster Simran Randhawa.
The conversation explored how artisan craft can thrive in modern luxury, the balance between tradition and innovation, and how storytelling can shape cultural design narratives.
Reflecting on the celebration, Priyanka said: “There’s something incredibly exciting about the Indian festive season – it’s a season of warmth, joy and community.
“Celebrating Rahul’s vision with Johnnie Walker Blue Label felt like a beautiful convergence of craft and culture, and you could feel it in the room as a shared experience.”
She added:
“Rahul’s work has always gone beyond fashion; it’s an expression of culture and emotion.”
“Celebrating that here in London, surrounded by people who appreciate the beauty of creation, made the night very special.”
On the professional front, Priyanka is set to star as a 19th-century Caribbean pirate in The Bluff and will return for season two of Citadel.
In India, she is also gearing up for SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film alongside Mahesh Babu, currently titled GlobeTrotter.
Her most recent appearance was in Heads of State, directed by Ilya Naishuller, alongside Idris Elba and John Cena, which premiered on Prime Video.
From her stunning red gown to her graceful presence, Priyanka Chopra proved once again why she remains one of the most influential figures in global fashion and cinema.
