In a recent interview with Metro Live TV, renowned Pakistani film director Pervez Kalim criticised Danish Taimoor and Faysal Qureshi.

During the conversation, he openly discussed Danish Taimoor’s behaviour and Faysal Quraishi’s involvement in his film.

Addressing Danish, Pervez Kalim expressed his disappointment with the actor’s impolite demeanour.

He mentioned that Danish had missed an opportunity to work with Iqbal Kashmiri, a respected figure in the industry.

According to Pervez, Danish had an inflated sense of self-importance and the director claimed he thought he was popular Hollywood yesteryear star Rock Hudson.

He also claimed that Danish Taimoor kept displaying disrespect during their encounter.

Pervez emphasised the importance of showing respect and said that Danish should improve his manners.

The filmmaker revealed: “He was sitting at his house on a hanging swing and his legs were towards me, for God’s sake, I am an older man, at least show some respect.”

He acknowledged his talent as an actor while calling for a change in behaviour towards elders.

Regarding Faysal Quraishi, Pervez revealed that he had given him a chance in his film at the request of Faysal’s mother, Afshan Quraishi.

The interview took an unexpected turn when the anchor disclosed that Faysal had made headlines for allegedly evicting his mother from his house.

In response, Pervez Kalim expressed his lack of regret. He stated that if Faysal was not loyal to his own mother, he couldn’t expect loyalty from him either.

Pervez said: “After you added this information to the conversation, I don’t feel any regret that he didn’t recognise my efforts.

“If he wasn’t loyal to his mother, how would he be loyal to me?”
