"I got married a year ago so I’m not living alone.”
After months of rumours circulating online, Mohib Mirza confirmed that he has married for the second time.
The actor made the revelation on Tabish Hashmi’s show Hasna Mana Hai.
The host asked the actor if he had married for the second time.
Mohib replied positively and said: “Yes.”
Mohib added: “Thank God, I got married a year ago so I’m not living alone.”
Mohib revealed that in his father’s last days alive, he requested his son to settle down and begin a family, so he tied the knot.
He further stated that he admires the institution of marriage and believes that everyone should marry, provided they find compatible partners.
Mohib Mirza said that one should never marry out of societal pressures, but rather out of a desire to marry and seek companionship.
Although Mohib has confirmed his second marriage, he did not reveal anything about who his new spouse was.
Rumours have been making the rounds that Mohib Mirza had married model and actress Sanam Saeed in secret.
Sanam recently posted a year-end recap reel on her Instagram account which included one brief frame featuring Mohib with the caption:
“Grateful for a wholesome year full of lessons, patience, adventures, and love!”

Suggesting possible marriage rumours, Mohib Mirza previously appeared on Munib Nawaz’s podcast, where he confessed his love for Sanam Saeed.
During the interview, Mohib cryptically spoke about his Deedan co-star and about falling in love for the second time. He said:
“Sanam means ‘beloved’ and Mohib means ‘the lover’, need I say more?”
However, his remarks ignited enough sparks for fans to pick up on the meanings and details of a blooming romance between Mohib and Sanam.
During the conversation, the host found out that the actor is fond of riding bikes, as he went on an adventurous trip from Karachi to Khunjerab.
The host asked Mohib more about his trip. He explained that the six-day trip was with 14 friends.
Mohib said that after six days, the group reached Khunjerab which had the actor overwhelmed by the scenic beauty and shedding tears of happiness.
Mohib Mirza was previously married to Aamina Sheikh. The pair married in 2005 but divorced in 2019.
