"He has been behind my life and trying to break into my house."
Actress Luviena Lodh, the wife of Mahesh Bhatt’s nephew, Sumit Sabharwal has accused the Bhatt family of several wrongdoings including procuring drugs and girls, destroying careers and much more.
Sharing the video on her Instagram account, Luviena Lodh said:
“I am making this video for the safety of my family and myself. I was married to Mahesh Bhatt’s nephew Sumit Sabharwal.
“I have filed for a divorce case against him because I got to know that he supplies drugs to actors like Amyra Dastur, Sapna Pabbi and others.
“There are many pictures of various women in his mobile phone which he shows to directors and supplies girls as well.”
Luviena Lodh continued to mention that Mahesh Bhatt was fully aware of what was going on. She said:
“Mahesh Bhatt is fully aware of this. Mahesh Bhatt is the biggest don of this industry and he operates this entire system. If you don’t play by their rules, they will make life difficult for you.”
Luviena Lodh also accused the filmmaker of wrecking many careers. She explained:
“Mahesh Bhatt has destroyed many careers including actors, directors and composers. He makes one phone call from behind and people lose their jobs. He has destroyed many lives.”
She further added that Mahesh Bhatt has been harassing her since she came out against him. She said:
“Ever since I have filed a case against him, he has been behind my life and trying to break into my house.
“When I go to the police station to file a complaint, no one takes my NC. And if somehow they take my NC, no action is taken.”
The actress also singled out the names of the people who would be responsible if anything happens to her.
“If tomorrow anything happens to me or my family, the only people who are responsible are Mahesh Bhatt, Mukesh Bhatt, Sumit Sabharwal, Sahil Saigal, Kumkum Saigal.”
On October 21, 2020, Luviena Lodh shared a video of her milkman who was allegedly threatened from delivering milk to her residence.
Taking to Twitter, she wrote:
“Gutted by @MumbaiPolice. Wen i called 100 for my safety, the cop sachin started shouting at me instead of the watchman.
“It was extremely difficult for me to even register nc as there were denying it initially. Secretary is been bribed by #MaheshBhatt nephew Sahil Saigal.”

As of yet, Mahesh Bhatt and his family have not responded to the allegations made against them.
