“Our new family portrait!"
Priyanka Chopra Jonas and her husband Nick Jonas have extended their family with their newest addition, a rescue puppy named Panda.
The couple is already proud owners of a pooch named Diana and a German Shepherd called Gino.
Taking to Instagram, the 27-year-old singer-songwriter welcomed Panda to their family.
In the picture, Nick is seen cradling Panda while Priyanka is stroking Gino’s neck.
Diana has also been added to the picture through Photoshop because she was absent while the picture was taken.
Sharing a picture of all three of their canine fur balls, Nick captioned it:
“Welcome to the family Panda! Panda is a Husky Australian Shepard mix rescue and we’re already in love.”
Sharing the same family portrait on her Instagram account, Priyanka wrote:
“Our new family portrait! Welcome to the family, Panda! We adopted this little rescue (soon he won’t be so little) just a few weeks ago.
“We can’t be sure but he seems to be a Husky Australian Shepard mix … and those eyes … and the ears!!!
“BTW @diariesofdiana wasn’t around for our little photoshoot, but we couldn’t leave our #1 girl out … so … we made it work!”

Panda is a predominantly black and white, however, he has bits of tan fur on his face and chest adding to his beauty.
Another unique quality of Panda is that he displays heterochromia which is a variation in colouration in the iris. Panda has one blue and one brown eye.
Like their other dogs, Gino and Diana, their newest addition has also got his own Instagram page.
Named ‘pandathepunk’ on the popular photo-sharing social media site, the little pooch already has over 38,000 followers.
Sharing a debut photo of him on his page, Panda can be seen sleeping on his back with his paws spread out. It read:
“Waiting for the fam to introduce me to the world … until then I’ll just lie here.”

Before Panda, Gino was the Chopra Jonas family’s newest addition. The German Shepherd was gifted to Nick as an anniversary gift in 2019, from Priyanka.
In fact, in December 2019, Nick revealed that Gino outnumbered Diana’s followers on Instagram. He joked:
“We put both our dogs on Instagram and Diana’s been on Instagram for about a year and a half, and Gino, he doubled her followers in a day.”
He further added that this was something “she was not happy about.”
We wonder whether Panda will surpass Gino’s number of followers.
