Karan Aujla has announced the release date of the highly-anticipated ‘Ask About Me’ music video.
‘Ask About Me’ is the latest single from Karan’s most recent album BTFU.
The release of the BTFU album generated a lot of excitement from fans in regards to the music videos.
On Spotify, songs from Karan’s new album have been featured in all India’s top charts playlists. On Apple Music, BTFU opened at number two in India.
‘Ask About Me’ alone has accumulated over 1.9 million streams on Spotify.
The 11-track album is in collaboration with Tru Skool who is known for his music composition.
With the consistent release of new music videos, the album’s craze is yet to die down.
The music video is now finally ready for the popular track and the release date was announced on October 10, 2021.
Indian singer Karan took to Instagram to make the release date announcement.
Sharing the poster of ‘Ask About Me’, Karan also said that it is one of his favourite tracks from the album alongside ‘Addi Sunni’.
The poster was shared with his 3.5 million Instagram followers and has since accumulated over 340,000 likes.

In the caption, he wrote: “Ask About Me. October 14. Shot in Compton.”
Before the announcement, Karan’s latest music video release was for ‘It Ain’t Legal’.
The music video was released on October 7, 2021.
The music video for ‘Addi Sunni’ was also recently released and featured Pakistani-Canadian actress Anika Zulfikar as the female lead next to Karan Aujla.
‘Ask About Me’ will be the fifth video from Karan’s album.
The music videos for several songs from the BTFU album were previously released including ‘Chu Gon Do?’ and ‘Here & There’.
All of the music videos have been directed by Rupan Bal.
Karan Aujla is best known for the songs ‘Don’t Look’, ‘Don’t Worry’ and ‘No Need’.
Karan and popular Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala are often compared by fans.
The pair, who used to be good friends, have released diss tracks against the other multiple times.
Karan’s latest album was also compared to Sidhu’s Moosetape.
Speaking about the success of his latest album, Karan said:
“We are rewriting history.
“The response to BTFU has been overwhelming.
“It’s no secret that this album is my heart and soul and it’s incredibly rewarding to see fans and music lovers receive it this way.
“But this is just the beginning, a lot of surprises are yet to come.”
The ‘Ask About Me’ music video is scheduled to release on October 14, 2021, on the Speed Records YouTube channel.
