“Warning to all dumb nepo kids, don’t try and derail the topic"

Kangana Ranaut’s team has called out Kareena Kapoor for her recent comments on the nepotism debate in Bollywood.

Ever since the unfortunate demise of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput on 14 June 2020, many Bollywood families have come under fire.

Now, through her team, Kangana Ranaut has hit back at Kareena for her recent comments on the ongoing debate.

Taking to Twitter, Kangana Ranaut’s team said:

“Yes Kareena ji, audience has made you all rich and famous but they didn’t know after getting undeserving success you all will turn Bollywood in to Bullywood.

“Please explain 1) Why your best friend asked Kangana to leave the industry?”

“2) Why Sushant was banned from big production houses?

“3) Why they called Kangana a witch and Sushant a rapist?

“4) Why your ecosystem call Kangana and Sushant Bipolar?

“5) Why your fellow nepo kid after promising marriage filed criminal cases on her?”

Kangana’s team questioned by Kangana and Sushant were singled out from Bollywood parties.

“6) Why Kangana and Sushant isolated in the industry never called for any parties? No one wishes them on their film releases birthdays or successes?”

In another instance, Kangana’s team slammed star children by labelling them “dumb.” The team wrote:

“Warning to all dumb nepo kids, don’t try and derail the topic, we don’t have any problem with your privileges, our problem is the way you treat us.

“Sushant has been murdered by your bullying and ganging up, he complained about film industry suffocating him and …”

“[He] wanted to quit he also cried that you all called him a rapist and never gave him credit for his work.”

“Let’s talk about these things how many films or dresses you have is not the topic of discussion right now, address these issues please.”

This came after Kareena Kapoor shared her views stating that she “can’t be apologetic” about nepotism in Bollywood.

She further added that the debate was “weird” and it was the audience who makes the star. She said:

“The audience has made us, nobody else has made us. The same people pointing fingers, they are only making these nepotistic stars.

“Aap jaa re hon a film dekhne? Mat jao. [You are going to watch the films, right? Don’t go.]

“Nobody has forced you. So, I don’t understand it. I find this whole discussion is completely weird.”
