"dictatorship is the only resolution."

Kangana has stated that a “dictatorship” is the only resolution in response to the repealing of the farming laws.

The Indian government have announced that the controversial farm laws would be repealed.

This was welcomed by many, however, it seems Kangana was left disappointed.

She shared her views on Instagram Stories.

In response to one person’s tweet, Kangana said:

“Sad, shameful, absolutely unfair.

“If people on the streets have started to make laws and not the chosen government in the Parliament, then even this is a jihadi nation.

“Congratulations to all who wanted it like this.”

In another post, the outspoken actress shared a picture of the late Indira Gandhi. She wrote:

“When the conscience of the nation is in deep sleep, lath (the cane) is the only solution and dictatorship is the only resolution.

“Happy birthday Madam Prime Minister.”

Her reaction came shortly after Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced that the three farming laws would be repealed.

The controversial laws were passed in 2020 and it had led to widespread protests by farmers.

In his speech, Mr Modi said: “Today, I have come to tell you, the whole country, that we have decided to withdraw all three agricultural laws.

“In the Parliament session starting later this month, we will complete the constitutional process to repeal these three agricultural laws.”

Some farmers protested for over a year, calling for the laws to be repealed.

A lot of people had shown their support for the farmers, however, Kangana supported the government’s decision to bring in the laws.

Throughout this time, she often clashed with other celebrities such as Diljit Dosanjh, who was in full support of the protesting farmers.

Diljit had visited farmers who were protesting at Delhi’s Singhu border and even donated Rs. 1 Crore (£100,00).

Kangana also criticised Rihanna, who had also voiced her support.

Kangana previously said:

“Rihanna, a porn singer, she is no Mozart and has no classical knowledge.”

“She doesn’t have any special voice. If 10 reputed classical singers will sit together, they will say that she doesn’t even know how to sing.

“In American culture, people like Kim Kardashian, who have unidentified careers, are their icons.

“No one knows what they do. This is a racket of capitalism which is confusing the youth.

“Likewise, Rihanna is no genuine artist, she is a porn singer.

“When you have talent, you don’t need to do anything else.”

Following her rant, Kangana was banned from Twitter.
