"I want to give you one f*****g tight slap."

Viral footage shows an Indian man appearing to be the victim of domestic abuse at the hands of his live-in girlfriend.

The video was shared by Manu Abhishek Bhardwaj, who claims to be a part-time lawyer.

Footage shows Manu and his girlfriend embroiled in an argument.

During the row, he encourages her to hit him. She does not hesitate and repeatedly strikes him across the face.

Manu shared the video and it quickly went viral, with many condemning the woman’s actions.

Another disturbing video showed Manu and his girlfriend arguing.

At one point, he has his hand around her throat and yells at her before calling her “f****d up”.

His girlfriend agrees and they continue talking as Manu urges her to slap him.

The video appeared to highlight an underlying issue between the couple as Manu asked:

“Tell me, what have I done?”

The woman refuses to tell him but as he appears to provoke her, she gets aggressive and hits him.

The video briefly cuts. It then resumes to show the girlfriend mocking Manu and his social media following.

She then says: “I want to give you one more [slap] for your f*****g followers. I want to give you one f*****g tight slap.”

The now-deleted clip ends with the girlfriend apparently calling him a “loser” before a woman takes her to one side.

However, the matter took an unexpected turn when Manu deleted the original video and urged social media users not to blow the matter out of proportion.

An Instagram Story read: “It has come to my knowledge that the video posted by me has been downloaded and reposted by meme pages and Twitter.

“I condemn the misuse of the video to build a specific narrative by pages with vested interests.

“I was aware that such misuse was possible but I was left with no option but to post the video initially.

“(The videos have since been removed from Instagram handle) I request everybody who sees this, that they should refrain from resharing/reposting the video.”

Watch the Video. Warning – Distressing Images

Manu shared another video, requesting netizens not to share the video.

His decision to remove the video of the aggressive slaps sparked a changed opinion among social media users.

The video continued to be shared and among them was an X user with the handle @NCMIndiaa, criticising Manu.

Its caption read: “Meet male feminist and so-called Supreme Court lawyer Manu Abhishek Bhardwaj who was allegedly beaten by his live-in partner in the middle of the night.

“He posted multiple videos on Instagram crying victimhood.

“But now he deleted all these videos and giving lectures on morality and ethics.

“Last night he posted multiple videos disclosing the identity of the woman and publicly defamed her and now he is blaming the menist pages for blowing this out of proportion.

“We like to remind everyone that male feminists and SIMPs are the ones who abuse, harass and exploit women the most.”

While many continued to hit out at the woman’s behaviour, some wondered if Manu enjoyed a degradation kink.

One person believed:

“I know why the guy is still sticking with her. They have pain-induced kinks.”

Another commented: “He likes getting beaten up.”

A third added: “I think they are still together because they do this to enjoy their kinks.”

A comment read: “They are enjoying each other.”

Others labelled Manu a “loser” and a “simp“, adding that his girlfriend’s behaviour was justified.
