"At times it is disgusting to watch how people behave"
A viral video of an Indian couple engaging in an intimate act on a Delhi Metro train has sparked outrage on social media.
Footage shows a young woman sitting in a carriage while her partner kneels in front of her.
He pours a drink into her mouth. The man then opens his mouth and his girlfriend spits the drink into his mouth.
The pair then transfer the drink between each other’s mouths.
The video ends with the couple resting their heads on each other while the woman laughs.
While the couple enjoyed each other’s company, some passengers tried to distract themselves to avoid looking at the bizarre act.
One woman is seen looking baffled by what she is witnessing.
Social media users expressed their disapproval of the couple’s behaviour, with many saying it was an attempt to seek attention.
One user said: “At times it is disgusting to watch how people behave in public transport. I am a daily commuter in Violet Line.
“There is not a single security staff inside the train. People play videos and songs at high volume without headphones even after repeated announcements, etc.”
Another user commented: “What kind of awareness are they trying to show up here?
“When people doing Tiktoks or recording a reel of their dance at a Metro station are punished, these people have achieved heights by doing this act. Unpunishable?”
Others said they were not surprised by the video.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has been actively promoting awareness through social media and has repeatedly urged passengers to report such incidents promptly if they witness them.
In a statement, DMRC said: “Well, we are trying to raise awareness through social media, and we have also appealed repeatedly to passengers.
“These should be reported immediately if co-passengers notice such acts.”
Incidents on the Delhi Metro being captured on camera are not uncommon.
Videos of people dancing in carriages or couples publicly displaying affection have gone viral.
In one extreme incident, a young man was caught masturbating while commuters sat nearby.
In the video, a young man dressed in blue is seen performing the sex act while looking at something on his phone.
Shockingly, the young man performs the act while sitting next to a couple.
The couple do not say anything and look at their phones. Aware of what is happening next to them, they look around with visibly uncomfortable expressions on their faces.
