"Work in silence, let your success be the noise."

Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal has enjoyed a strong opening and features the actor displaying a muscular look.

The actor’s trainer shared a behind-the-scenes video of Ranbir in the gym preparing for the role.

Shivoham, who trains the likes of Jacqueline Fernandez and Abhishek Bachchan, shared a shirtless picture of Ranbir.

The video then showed Ranbir performing the sitting dumbbell bench press.

The video ended with a picture of how dramatic Ranbir’s body transformation has been for Animal.

In the picture, Shivoham poses with a much leaner Ranbir, seemingly from his last film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.

Shivoham captioned the post:

“Work in silence, let your success be the noise.”

Prior to Animal‘s release on December 1, 2023, Shivoham has been sharing images and videos of Ranbir’s body transformation.

He previously said: “Another mission accomplished, another milestone achieved.

“Your hard work and dedication towards your work, your profession never ceases to amaze.

“Like always, it’s been a pleasure being your fitness coach brother. All the best and looking forward to the next milestone.”

Ranbir Kapoor had been preparing his body for Animal for over a year and Shivoham said:

“What you see is truly an example of a disciplined lifestyle, dedication, and a lot of hard work.

“It’s a team effort and results like this cannot be achieved by half-hearted involvement.”

“The nutrition, the supplements, the training but more than anything the will to wake up and do what is necessary is the number one reason why you achieve your goals and this is what sets you apart from the rest.”

The fitness trainer also revealed that Ranbir’s fitness routine included 4 am sessions, late-night sessions and even in between shoots.

He continued: “Ranbir has done it all.

“Balancing his personal life along with his professional life.

“All these things cannot be learned from reading books, these are values that are imbibed in you and conditioning that you pick up from your parents and the company you keep. So proud of you brother.”

Ranbir’s workout begins with a small warm-up followed by mobility drills.

He then does weight training for around 70 minutes.

In addition to his workout, Ranbir Kapoor would drink a mixture of aloe vera, wheatgrass and turmeric every morning.

His diet typically consists of homemade meat and vegetable dishes as well as rice and daal. According to Shivoham, Ranbir’s diet was focused on gaining muscle and not fat.
