Harshaali Malhotra, who rose to fame as Munni in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, is the latest celebrity to jump on the viral Jhumka trend.
The 15-year-old took to Instagram to share her version of the popular song ‘What Jhumka’ from the latest Bollywood release Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
To begin with, Harshaali is seen dressed in a black and grey tracksuit.
The video then changes to her in a red lehenga and a colourful blouse, showcasing her dancing skills.
Her video was greeted with much praise from the teenager’s fan base.
One fan wrote: “Your face shows the purity of your heart. May you always succeed in life. You are an amazing kiddo.”

Harshaali made her acting debut in 2015, at the age of seven, when she starred alongside Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
She played Munni, a little girl from Pakistan, who is unable to speak and gets lost in India.
The story revolves around her journey to be reunited with her family, with the help of Pavan Kumar Chaturvedi, played by Salman Khan.
The film was an Eid release, a common occurrence with all of Salman Khan’s movies, and it went on to become one of the top-grossing Bollywood films.

Harshaali Malhotra was appreciated for her role in the movie and was believed to be destined for bigger and better things.
She was selected for the role after she auditioned with a total of 5,000 girls, and went on to win the Screen Award for Best Child Artist, as well as the Most Entertaining Child Artist award
She has since been seen in serials such as Qubool Hai and Laut Aao Trisha.
Harshaali Malhotra’s Jhumka video is just one of many to have gone viral on social media.
The trend comes following the release of Karan Johar’s latest release Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, in which the song features.
Many individuals, celebrities included, have posted their version of the dance on Instagram, creating a large platform of recognition for the hugely popular dance track.
The film was released on July 28, 2023, and stars Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh.
Veteran actors Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan also star in the movie.
