A jail spokesperson said he has no bail set, pending a court hearing on July 23, 2020.

Armand, whose identity was not initially released, was identified after an examination by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.

Police said that they were called to a home on the 8400 block of Blackstone Ridge Court, near Decatur Boulevard and Blue Diamond Road, on Thursday after receiving a 911 call made by Armand saying that Miss Dulai was unresponsive.

Lieutenant Ray Spencer said that he called at around 10:20 am. Upon arrival, police officers and medics found the deceased woman inside the home.
