After the huge success of Honsla Rakh, Diljit Dosanjh is set to release his next film Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne.
Taking to social media, Diljit shared the poster of his upcoming Punjabi film.
According to the poster, Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne is set to release in cinemas on September 30, 2022.
Alongside the release date, the first posters of Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne and Honsla Rakh are similar as they are both animated.
Honsla Rakh shattered records and has gone on to become the 3rd highest-grossing Indian film in Canada.
The makers of Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne are anticipating a similar turnout for Diljit’s latest project.
Speaking about the film, Diljit Dosanjh said: “Honsla Rakh is special for more reasons than one.”
“Not only does it mark my debut as a producer but also narrates a heart-warming tale of human emotions that’s sure to strike a chord with the audience.”
In the new poster, a cartoon version of Diljit Dosanjh can be seen in a dancing pose.
Amarjit Singh Saron will be directing the film while the story has been penned by Naresh Kathooria.

Asides from Diljit Dosanjh starring in the lead role, many details regarding the film are yet to be revealed.
Meanwhile, on the musical front, Diljit recently announced his new EP Drive Thru.
Alongside the title of the EP, Diljit also hinted at the tracklist in a quirky way.
Diljit used food emojis to tease the names of the songs that will feature on the Drive Thru EP.
According to the emojis, the names of his upcoming songs relate to a ‘peach’, ‘noodles’, ‘ice cream’, ‘chilli’ and ‘lemon’.
Sung by Diljit Dosanjh, the Drive Thru EP includes music by producer Intense and lyrics by Raj Ranjodh and Chani Nattan.
Diljit Dosanjh has many projects in the pipeline.
The Punjabi singer and actor will next be seen in Shikra as well as Jodi in which he will share the screen with Nimrat Khaira.
The shooting for Shikra is yet to commence whilst Jodi’s release date is yet to be revealed.
His last Bollywood film Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari released in 2020.
He starred opposite Fatima Sana Shaikh in the film which had Manoj Bajpayee in the role of a detective.
Before that, Diljit was seen opposite Kiara Advani in Good Newwz, which also starred Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor.
