"This channel is not mine anymore."
Pakistani YouTuber Ducky Bhai faced another legal blow after a local court declined his request regarding seized devices.
The ruling was announced on December 23, 2025, when Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo delivered the verdict during proceedings in Lahore.
Ducky Bhai had sought custody of his mobile phones and restoration of frozen social media accounts.
He also requested the revival of his YouTube channel, which remains inaccessible amid an ongoing investigation.
However, the court ruled that all digital devices and accounts would remain under official custody temporarily.
Authorities maintained the seized material was required for further inquiry linked to alleged gambling app promotions.
Despite denying the primary request, the magistrate ordered partial relief concerning several confiscated personal belongings.
Officials were directed to return nineteen items, including bank cards, identity documents, a laptop bag and a camera.
The decision offered limited reprieve while investigators retained access to digital evidence central to the case.
The decision comes after the content creator revealed the deeper professional consequences through a recent vlog.
Addressing followers directly, Ducky Bhai disclosed that he currently lacks full access to his YouTube channel.
“I don’t have access to my channel. There’s a notification that says, ‘You are an editor.’”
He clarified that he cannot upload new videos, delete existing content, or even view earnings and analytics.
The YouTuber further revealed that his AdSense account has been completely blocked since his release from custody.
According to him, this means he has not earned any revenue from his platform during this entire period.
“Those who say I made a lot of money from videos should know that I earned zero money.”
Expressing frustration, he added: “This channel is not mine anymore. I have been subjected to a high level of injustice.”
Beyond digital losses, Ducky Bhai also highlighted the financial strain affecting his business operations.
He shared that his restaurant and other ventures are currently being overseen by his associate Areeb.
According to the vlogger, Areeb is handling all operational expenses while Ducky Bhai remains unable to manage affairs directly.
Meanwhile, the legal proceedings also involved Ducky Bhai’s wife, Aroob Jatoi, who appeared alongside him there.
An additional session judge extended Aroob Jatoi’s interim bail till a January 6, 2026, hearing.
Both remain under investigation for months over allegations tied to promoting online gambling applications through platforms.
The controversy has repeatedly drawn public attention due to Ducky Bhai’s immense digital following nationwide.
In late November, the influencer was released from Camp prison after the courts approved his bail application.
