"Headlining The O2 has been a dream I’ve carried for years."
It was a historic moment for Indian hip-hop as Badshah enjoyed a sold-out headline debut at The O2, delivering a two-hour set.
Blending Desi hip-hop with Bollywood crossover hits, the set spanned his two-decade catalogue. It offered a distinctly Indian sonic identity to an international audience, backed by high-energy production and choreography.
The show leaned heavily into cultural storytelling.
Medleys of classic film tracks sat alongside contemporary club anthems, merging nostalgia with modern sounds.
A multi-generational crowd, including diasporic South Asian fans and international listeners, responded in unison.
A surprise moment came when Nora Fatehi joined him on stage to preview an unreleased collaboration.

Another highlight saw Badshah blend ‘Wakhra Swag’ with Travis Scott’s ‘Fein’, bridging Eastern and Western influences.
He also incorporated improvised lyrical sections between tracks, reflecting South Asian performance traditions.
On the one-night concert, Badshah said:
“Headlining The O2 has been a dream I’ve carried for years. To stand on that stage and feel that energy, that love was surreal.
“This moment isn’t just mine; it belongs to every fan who’s been part of this journey.”

Neal Karia, Managing Director, TCO Group, added:
“Badshah’s headline debut at The O2 demonstrates the global resonance of Indian hip-hop. From his stagecraft to his connection with fans, every detail reflects years of dedication and artistry.”
By headlining The O2, Badshah joins artists such as Drake, Jay-Z and Travis Scott in the venue’s performance history.
The moment signals growing recognition for Indian-language music within the global mainstream.

Alaap Gosher, Co-Founder and Director, TM Ventures, said:
“This was more than a performance; it was a masterclass in energy, engagement and global appeal.
“Badshah has proven why he remains a favourite among fans across generations.”
The show builds on momentum from his appearance on Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati Tour 2024, where he first outlined ambitions to headline the arena.
He followed that with a 2025 North American tour that grossed over $6 million and attracted more than 50,000 attendees.

Offstage, Badshah has expanded his global footprint across music, fashion and business. He appeared at the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game and international fashion weeks in Paris and New York.
He has also strengthened his streaming presence, becoming the first Indian rapper and only the second Asian soloist to surpass five billion streams across all credits on Spotify.
Beyond music, he launched ventures including Badboy Pizza and Shelter 6 Vodka. He also collaborated with MAYBACH Icons of Luxury on a limited-edition eyewear capsule, becoming the first music artist involved in the design process.
Following collaborations with J Balvin, Sean Paul and Tiësto, his recent work includes international film scoring with Ali El Arabi’s 52 Blue and the track ‘Wallah Wallah’ featuring Davido.
