Gohar Rasheed has addressed rumours that he is getting married to co-star Kubra Khan.
He made an appearance on The Talk Talk Show and spoke to Hassan Choudary about his relationship with Kubra.
A member of the audience asked Gohar why he has not settled down yet even though he has his best friend Kubra in his life.
Gohar replied: “There is nothing like this and I have said this in every interview.
“I have heard this often, Kubra and I clarify this all the time.
“Kubra is family to me, I would take a bullet for her, but that does not mean that every relationship needs to turn into marriage.
“You need to let relationships remain organic. We share a great space and respect one another, she is my best friend.”
Hassan went to ask Gohar if he felt that boys and girls could not be friends as portrayed in dramas.
Gohar said this is a very dated theory that Bollywood has introduced and that there was nothing wrong with people of the opposite gender being friends.
He went on to say that Kubra is a fantastic actor and that he enjoys working with her in their recent drama Jannat Se Aagey.
The interview was well received by fans and Gohar was praised for his interview skills and friendly personality.

“He is such a versatile and talented actor, I hope he will do some comedy roles now after doing negative ones for so long.”

Gohar Rasheed has showcased his acting skills many times in dramas such as Digest Writer, Ishqiya, Pardes, Amanat and Laapata.
He has also worked in films and most recently he was seen in the highly successful The Legend of Maula Jatt.
He has worked with the likes of Ramsha Khan, Hania Aamir, Feroze Khan, Maya Ali and Hamza Ali Abbasi.
Gohar has also worked in theatre and has been a part of many productions such as Tom Dick and Harry, Moulin Rouge, Bombay Dreams and Half Plate.
During his career, Gohar Rasheed has been nominated for several awards such as Best Actor in a Supporting Role, Best Film Actor and Best Supporting Actor in a Film.
