Sacred Games is a popular web Indian crime series, based on the 2006 namesake novel by Vikram Chandra.
The plot revolves around police inspector Sartaj Singh (Saif Ali Khan) and crime lord Ganesh Gaitonde (Nawaziddin Siddiqui).
In marathon tussle, Singh has to protect Mumbai city from Gaitonde.
Besides Saif and Nawazuddin, Kalki Koechlin, Radhika Apte and Pankaj Tripathi also star in the series. The duration of each episode varies from forty-three to fifty-eight minutes.
The directors of the series, Vikramaditya Motwane, Anurag Kashyap and Neeraj Ghaywan have portrayed the series exceptionally.

Rangbaaz (2018)
Rangbaaz is an original ZEE5 crime series based on a true story about the dreaded gangster of Gorakhpur, UP.
In the first season, the series follows the journey of student, Sadiq Saleem (Shiv Prakash Shukla), who becomes the second most wanted gangster of India.
Directed by Bhav Dhulia and written by Siddharth Mishra the first season of the show had a phenomenal response.
The shooting of season two began in 2019, with Jimmy Shergill and Gul Panag taking on the lead roles The series first aired on December 22, 2018, with the season one finishing ending in 2019.
Programming Head, ZEE5, Aparna Acharekar spoke to the media about the success of season one, along with looking ahead to season two.

Delhi Crime (2019)
Delhi Crime is a Netflix series, which is written in context to the aftermath of the 2012 Delhi gang-rape incident.
The writer and director Richie Mehta follows the case files of the Delhi Police, who arrested the real culprits within five days.
The series revolves around the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Vartika Chaturvedi (Shefali Shah). She is assigned this case to find the criminals.
Other lead characters in the screenplay include Neeti Singh (Rasika Dugal), Kumar Vijay (Adil Hussain) and Bhupendra Singh (Rajesh Tailang).
The series dutifully keeps in mind the sensitivity of the subject, making this a must-watch Indian crime series of 2019.
The first episode of the series came out on March 22, 2019.

Criminal Justice (2019)
Criminal Justice is a remake of the BBC series by Petter Moffat with the same name.
The series is about a cab driver, Aditya Sharma (Vikrant Massey), who ends up sleeping with his passenger, Sanaya Rath (Mudhrima Roy).
An edgy one night stand which turns into a nightmare for taxi driver, who wakes up with blood on his hands.
When Adity wakes up he finds Sanaya dead and is accused of murdering her. The story has an element of suspense to it.
The big-names in the series include Jackie Shroff (Mustafa) and Pankaj Tripathi (Madhav Mishra).
Under the direction of Tigmanshu Dhulia and Vishal Furia, this crime suspense show has become favourite of 2019.
Hotstar released this crime drama on April 5, 2019. Each episode of the show has forty to sixty minutes running time.

Hostages (2019)
Hostages is another great crime drama on Hotstar. It is a remake of an Israeli series with the same name.
The story is about a surgeon, Tisca Chopra (Dr Mira Anand) who gets ordered to assassinate the Chief Minister in exchange for a family survivor.
Ronit Roy (SP Prithvi Singh), Mohan Kapoor (Subramaniam), Parvin Dabas (Sanjay Anand) and Ashim Gulati (Aman) are the other actors in the series.
The interesting direction of Sudhir Mishra made the series worth watching.
The first episode released on May 31, 2019, with each episode has a duration of twenty-five to thirty-three minutes.
