"You got this guy on video yeah?"
Lord Aleem has claimed he was ejected from the Tommy Fury vs KSI fight for wearing a ‘Free Palestine’ T-shirt amid the ongoing conflict.
The Birmingham social media star said he was kicked out of the venue in Manchester during the Misfits boxing event, which took place on October 14, 2023.
Lord Aleem, whose real name is Aleem Iqbal, shared a clip of his confrontation with security over his T-shirt.
In the video, the security staff member is heard telling the internet personality:
“You cannot wear that inside the venue.”
As someone films the interaction, Lord Aleem asks for an explanation.
The pair chat animatedly over the matter while the security guard tries to cover the camera with his hand.
Looking at the camera, Lord Aleem says: “You got this guy on video yeah?”
He is then seen walking to a different part of the venue with the security guard, who is a manager for event security firm Showsec.
The security guard tells Lord Aleem to put his jumper back on. When Lord Aleem asks why, the security guard says his T-shirt is a problem.
Lord Aleem continues to question what is wrong with his T-shirt before asking the security guard what he will do.

The security guard says he will eject him from the arena, prompting Lord Aleem to turn to the camera and say:
“He is going to take me out of here for wearing this T-shirt.”
Additional images showed Lord Aleem being escorted out of the venue by staff members.
The video clip prompted internet users to praise Lord Aleem for standing his ground while criticising Showsec for their actions.
One said: “@MisfitsBoxing what kind of madness was this security guy on?
“We live in a country of free speech and freedom of expression…”
Another commented: “@ShowsecUK can someone from Showsec explain why @aleem_official was removed for wearing a support Palestine T-shirt?”
A third added: “There is nothing wrong/offensive/graphic. How can I take this further?
“BTW I have one similar and I will be wearing it. What you’ve done is wrong. It’s bang out of order.”
But one person defended the security, writing:
“Security will have had orders from the venue. It’s a difficult position for them to be in.
“The security workers may well agree with the sentiment of the T-shirt.
“But whether they agree or not, they’ll have been given specific instructions on flags etc.”
Meanwhile, the event saw Tommy Fury win via majority decision against KSI in a fight that was largely criticised by boxing fans.
KSI was left fuming with the result and plans to appeal the loss.
He said: “Robbery, it’s a robbery. You weren’t landing, look at your face. Look at you.
“I’m the YouTuber and you’re the boxer, you have to win.”
