Varun Tej to tie the knot with Lavanya Tripathi?

Tollywood actor Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi’s rumoured relationship has hit the headlines again.

This new rumour has come after Varun Tej’s father confirmed that he is getting married this year recently.

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s brother, Naga Babu, told the media a few days ago that his son Varun Tej will get married this year.

He also said that Varun would introduce his bride to the media very soon.

However, while everyone is wondering who the bride is, rumours are rife that it’s his girlfriend Lavanya Tripathi.

But nothing is confirmed as Varun Tej or Lavanya Tripathi are yet to react.

There have been rumours in the Telugu film industry that Varun Tej and actress Lavanya Tripathi have been dating for many years, though both actors have denied this.

The duo has also worked together in films like Mister and Antariksham.

Their chemistry has always caught the attention of audiences.

In January 2022, there were speculations that Varun proposed to Lavanya at her birthday party in Bangalore.

It was reported that he went to Bangalore for a special birthday bash.

Lavanya Tripathi dismissed all rumours of her marriage with Varun Tej and said it is coming only as she acted with him in two films.

In an interview with Deccan Chronicle in 2022, she said: “I am single because I have not found the right answer.”

Lavanya Tripathi is a very close friend of Varun Tej’s sister Niharika.

She also attended her lavish wedding in Udaipur.

On the work front, after the failure of Ghani at the box office, Varun Tej is now hoping to come back with something new and exciting with his next.

He announced his forthcoming film, VT13.

Directed by debutant Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, the film will see him playing the role of a fighter pilot with the Indian Air Force.

Apart from this, Varun Tej has also teamed up with Praveen Sattaru for his upcoming film, VT12.

Bapineedu and BVSN Prasad will be bankrolling the film under their banner SVCC.

Lavanya was last seen in a film titled Happy Birthday.

She is yet to announce her upcoming projects.

Meanwhile, many young actors in Tollywood have been tying the knot recently, the latest being Sharwanand.

Sharwanand got engaged to Rakshita Reddy on January 26, 2023, and the wedding is set for summer this year.
