Pakistani celebrities have shown their support for Naimal Khan amid rumours that she has had plastic surgery.
After marrying Hamza Ali Abbasi, Naimal left the acting world but she remains active on social media.
In recent months, Naimal became the face of a number of fashion brands and shared images of her photoshoots.
However, the pictures left fans questioning if she had gone under the knife.
She recently shared pictures from her trip to Nathia Gali, leading fans to believe that she had a nose job.
Social media users subsequently began trolling her, posting side-by-side pictures of Naimal.
One netizen commented: “Nose surgery ruined your beauty.”
Another wrote: “Thanks for making young girls experience body dysmorphia by getting a nose job and reinforcing European beauty stands.”
Naimal expressed her disappointment and requested fans to be kind.
Some fans showed support for Naimal Khan, with one writing:
“You’re beautiful; don’t let these negative comments bring you down.
“You look absolutely amazing. You’re still the same Naimal, so be strong and confident always!”
Naimal’s sister-in-law also came under fire when she was accused of carrying out the alleged procedures on her.
However, she clarified that she has not performed any procedures.

A number of celebrities, including her actor husband, Maya Ali, Ghana Ali and Ken Doll all offered their support.
Ghana Ali said: “Tbh! She looks the same, there’s nothing different about her! More power to you, beautiful.”
Ken Doll added to the comments: “Most adorable person inside out.”
Hamza Ali Abbasi offered his support with kiss face and heart emojis.
Maya Ali said:
“You’re as beautiful as your heart my love. Keep shining.”
Celebrity wife, Maira Omair Rana, who is married to talented actor Omair Rana, expressed her disappointment towards the internet trolls.
She said: “Who gives anyone the right to humiliate and ridicule someone? These are public figures that you claim to love and look up to.
“How can you bring them crashing down to the ground like this?
“You have an opinion? Please share it but do it RESPECTFULLY – look up the meaning of this word and memorise it.”
Despite the negative attention, Naimal maintains her stance in the public eye and continues to share snippets of her life.
This is not the first time that Naimal has been criticised for her appearance.
In the past, she was accused of getting lip fillers.
