Phlo has built a loyal patient base
Phlo Digital Pharmacy, the UK’s first online pharmacy which provides a same-day delivery service, has been launched in Birmingham.
After Phlo was first launched in London in early 2020, its second site has now been launched in Birmingham.
The service gives patients a way to access medication and repeat prescriptions safely and efficiently in less than four hours for those in their same-day delivery zone.
Live tracking provides patients with a safe, reliable and effortless online pharmacy experience from order to front door.
A registered NHS pharmacy, Phlo also provides a national mail order service, providing 24 and 48-hour delivery across the UK.
With 43% of adults in England taking at least one repeat prescription and for many who care for loved ones, patients can now order medication knowing it will arrive straight to their home, office or another convenient location.
Phlo has a user-friendly app that saves patients’ time when ordering and managing their medication.
This is done by liaising directly with the GP and sending reminders when you are due to run out of your medication.
Since first launching in early 2020, Phlo has built a loyal patient base, ranging from five to 88-years-old.
Phlo’s patients can speak to their experience pharmacy team via phone, email or live chat at any time, ensuring privacy.

Through a crowdfunding initiative, Phlo raised more than £1.65 million, allow the Glasgow-based company to expand their same-day prescription delivery service to Birmingham.
The company are now determined to become a major part of the city’s communities.
